Regulations when luggage exceeds the allowed weight

If the total weight of the checked luggage exceeds the regulations, passengers must adhere to the following requirements:

At the Departure Station:

If the train has not yet departed and there is still room in the luggage car, the passenger service department will assist customers in registering to check their luggage and calculate the fee based on the basic tariff.

If the luggage car is full or there is no luggage car on the train, but there is still room in the passenger car, customers must purchase an additional ticket at ⅓ of the basic fare for the luggage from the departure station to the destination, and passengers need to manage their belongings.

Customers must purchase an additional ticket at ⅓ of the basic fare for the luggage from the departure station to the destination as specified on the ticket.

  • Passengers bring prohibited items such as dangerous goods, unauthorized weapons or support tools, corpses, banned items, foul-smelling goods that dirty the train car, live animals, bulky items that obstruct movement, and damage train equipment.
  • Persons who are drunk, have contagious diseases, or have memory loss affecting other passengers around them.
