Great experience with these guys from Hanoi to Sapa. Very happy with the service and the driver. There was a WC on board so from memory we stopped once for about 20 or so minutes at a very interesting craft place. Behind the stalls selling souvenirs was a work room where there were women making some amazing embroidered works. These women were all deaf and mute. I felt privileged to watch them at work. I highly recommend this company

Viet Trans and Tours VIP Limousine picked up our group from Manila at Noi Bai International Airport last Jan 05th 3am and took us straight to Sapa without any issues. Same Transport Company was engaged to bring us from Sapa to Ninh Binh, then dropped us off to our Signature Cruise at Halong Bay, then safely brought us to our final destination stop at Hanoi. I got to know about Viet transfers as a suggestion from ChatGPT because of its high ratings. I booked a Limousine service from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. The pickup, transfer, handling, courtesy of the driver – everything was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the service. We got prior information about pickup time and the driver details. The operator who handled us also suggested a cab service for our return from Ninh Binh to Hanoi as the return time was early in the morning and was prompt and courteous.
