Notice:

• Pick-up and drop-off will be by shuttle/minivan, used to transfer you from your hotel to the bus office, bus station.
• Please provide your exact pick-up/drop-off name and address for checking. If it is outside the service area, we will inform you of the nearest pick-up/drop-off point.

Pick-up time

• Hanoi Old Quarter and Sapa town: 30-45 minutes before the departure time.
• (Hanoi) Noi Bai International Airport: 30-45 minutes after the departure time (Please choose a time slot that allows you enough time for immigration and luggage collection.)

Notice:

• This activity provides group pick-up; therefore, please expect a 10-15 minute delay to pick up other passengers or due to traffic conditions.
• Please provide your chat app contact. Our operations team will contact you at least 12 hours in advance to remind pick-up details.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 12 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
• As our system is not real-time, seat availability will be rechecked. If the selected departure time or date is unavailable, we will contact you to change the schedule.
• Seats are assigned randomly based on the booked seat type.

Luggage allowance

• one large suitcase (below 28-inch size) and one handbag/ per passenger.

Child ticket

• Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge, must be accompanied by a paying adult and share seat with parents
• A private seat for a child aged 5+ is charged at the adult rate.
