- Banh Cuon (Vietnamese steamed rice ) – a delicious dish often served for breakfast.2. Bun cha Obama – a dish of grilled pork and noodles, which is thought to have originated from Hanoi, Vietnam.
- Bún chả is served with grilled fatty pork (chả) over a plate of white rice noodles (bún) and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce.
- Grilled rice paper is called Vietnamese pizza because this dish is prepared and looks quite similar to a pizza.
- Mix Noodle Salad (Bun bo tron Nam Bo) – a traditional beef noodle dish.
