I had a great experience with Viet Transfer and Tour. The drivers were always punctual for hotel pick-ups and drop-offs, which made our travel very smooth and stress-free. We also received a discounted package, which was a nice bonus and added great value to the service.

Mr. Tan (manager) was especially excellent to deal with. He replied quickly to messages and was always courteous, helpful, and considerate when arranging our transfers. His communication made everything easy and well organized.
