Morning

08:15 – 08:45: Pickup time in Hanoi Old Quarter for guests booking the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee). Get on our limousine bus to Tuan Chau Island. There will be a stopover on the way for guests to rest.

12:00: Meet the crew at Tuan Chau Harbor, embark on Wonder Bay Cruise, enjoy your welcome drink, and listen to a safety briefing.

Then, you will have a buffet lunch. Enjoy your meal while witnessing the unique shapes of the islands and cropouts, resulting in the unique name Cock Fighting, Thumb, and more.

Afternoon

Sailing to the Bo Hon archipelago and exploring the spectacular rock formations inside Sung Sot Cave. There are various stalagmites and stalactites of all forms and sizes. Let’s listen to the tour guide to learn about the cave’s million years of history and snap pictures.

Pad around by kayak or get on a bamboo boat (with a surcharge) to discover the natural Luon Cave, located at the foot of an imposing mountain. After reaching the other side, a world full of lush plants and emerald water will open in front of your eyes.

Visit Titop Island to chill out. Visitors can lay on the sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with an excellent backdrop of the Bay or hike to the island’s peak for a panoramic view of the bay.

Return to the boat for afternoon tea for fruits, cakes, and tea while cruising back toward Tuan Chau Harbor. There is plenty of time to sunbathe, listen to music, and enjoy the pretty sunset of the bay with fresh drinks (not included in the price).

Reach the pier and disembark the cruise at approximately 17:45 – 18:00. Then, you will travel by bus on the highway to Hanoi.

20:30: Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. End of the services!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children aged 1-4 under 1m tall are free (parents are responsible for the child); 2 adults are allowed to accompany 1 child under 5 years old; any additional child is charged at 50%.
