8:15-9:00 | The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up from hotels in the Old Quarter and the Hanoi Opera House area. You will depart for Ha Long via the new Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long expressway (if you booked the shuttle service provided by the cruise).

11:45-12:00 | Arrive at Tuan Chau International Tourist Port and complete the boarding procedures.

12:15 | The boat departs, starting the Halong Bay tour. Enjoy the fresh air and the most comfortable moments with the high-end services on board (a 4-hour tour of Halong Bay allows you to visit the heritage area and return to Hanoi early).

12:30 | Enjoy lunch while admiring the mountain ranges, thousands of islands large and small, and the poetic scenery, a natural wonder amidst the vast sky and sea.

The boat passes by points such as Stone Dog Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, and Incense Burner Islet, then you visit Thien Cung Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. The boat continues to move to the fishing village. Here, visitors can go kayaking/boating for photos or rest on the boat (those not using this service can stay on the boat).

16:00 | Return to the boat to depart back to Tuan Chau Port. You can listen to music and relax on the deck, immersing yourself in the nature of Halong Bay.

19:00-19:15 | Arrive back in Hanoi. End of the one-day Halong Tour. The guide bids farewell to the guests.

07:45-08:30: Pickup from central Hanoi hotels and the Opera House. Depart for Halong Bay via the new Hanoi – Hai Phong – Halong expressway. [If you have booked the boat transfer]

11:45-12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port. Gather at the waiting area to receive tickets and board the Cruise. The boat begins the journey exploring Halong Bay, passing by famous islands like the Fighting Cock Island and the Dog Stone Island. Enjoy lunch on the boat.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island and visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Afterward, enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat ride to explore Luon Cave. Next, the boat moves to Titop Island. You can swim at Titop Beach or trek up to the peak of Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: Return to the boat. The boat will head back to the port. Enjoy afternoon tea, sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, and relax, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of Halong Bay.

17:30 – 18:00: Arrive back at Tuan Chau Port. Transfer back to Hanoi.

20:30 – 21:00: Arrive in Hanoi, and the car will take you back to the original pickup point. End of the Halong Bay 1 Day Tour. We look forward to seeing you again!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children from 0-4 years old or under 1 meter tall are free of charge (this does not include sightseeing tickets, lunch, or a seat on the bus).
