Itinerary

To suit the time constraints of each guest while ensuring that visitors can explore Halong Bay with V-Dream Cruise, we offer 2 different programs for a day trip to Halong Bay, with 3 flexible options: Morning, Afternoon & Evening. These options cater to the diverse needs of each group of guests.

• Program 1: 4-hour morning visit to the bay (Route 1) – Shared tour available daily
• Program 2: 6-hour afternoon visit to the bay (Route 2) – Shared tour available daily
• Program 3: 4-hour dinner & sightseeing in Bai Chay – Shared cruise available daily

09:20 – 09:30 | Visit Rooster Islet – a symbol of Halong tourism.
09:45 – 10:45 | Visit Heaven Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.
11:00 | Enjoy lunch on the V-Dream cruise. Guests can savor their meal while admiring the bay’s scenery and numerous islands from the ship’s restaurant.
12:00 – 12:30 | Return to Bai Chay port, Halong – end of the program.

08:00 – 08:30 | Pickup by vehicle and guide at hotels in the Old Quarter for departure to Halong Bay. The vehicle will follow the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Tuan Chau highway route (if you booked the cruise’s transfer service).

11:00 – 11:30 | Pickup from hotels in Bai Chay.

11:30 – 12:00 | Arrival at Halong International Port and check-in for boarding.

12:00 – 12:30 | The V-Dream cruise departs to explore Halong Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:30 – 13:45 | Lunch on the V-Dream cruise. Guests can enjoy their meal while admiring the scenery of the bay and its thousands of islands from the ship’s restaurant. Visit Rooster Islet – a symbol of Quang Ninh tourism.

14:00 – 14:45 | Visit Surprise Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, known for its sparkling stalactites and stalagmites.

15:00 – 15:30 | Experience kayaking or take a bamboo boat to explore Luon Cave.

16:00 – 16:45 | Arrive at Titop Island, where you can swim at Titop Beach or hike to the top of Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

17:00 | Relax on the sun deck, watch the sunset, or enjoy the Jacuzzi. At the same time, enjoy our Sunset Party, which includes tea, coffee, fresh fruit, and Vietnamese snacks.

18:15 – 18:30 | Return to the port, board the vehicle back to Hanoi.

20:30 – 21:00 | Arrival in Hanoi – end of the program.

18:45 | The cruise departs. From the ship, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Halong City, Bai Chay Bridge, Gai Island, the Sun Wheel, and Poem Mountain.

19:00 | Dinner buffet featuring over 30 dishes of Asian and European cuisine, as well as local specialties. During the meal, enjoy romantic and soothing violin performances.

20:30 | After the “Golden Voice Search” program, our DJ will energize the space with lively music.

21:30 – 22:30 | Return to the port. End of the tour.

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Free for 1 child under 6 years old. Children over 1.2 meters in height must pay the additional ticket cost. For the second child, the fee is 500,000 VND.
• Children from 6 to 10 years old: 75% of the adult price.
