- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

If you opt for our transfer package, you will be picked up from your hotel around 8:00 – 8:30. Our dedicated driver will transport you to Halong Bay, a magnificent Wonder of the World (an additional fee applies for the transfer).
Upon reaching Tuan Chau Marina, our friendly receptionists will be eagerly waiting for you at the comfortable waiting lounge, typically around 11:30 – 12:00.
Step aboard the Stellar of the Seas cruise and receive a warm welcome from our attentive crew members. Prior to settling into your cabin, there will be a safety briefing to familiarize you with the cruise procedures.
As the cruise sets sail, indulge in a delightful lunch served in our restaurant. Take in the picturesque views as we pass by notable landmarks such as Duck Islet and Thumb Islet, among others.
Afternoon
The main destination today is Dark & Bright Cave in Lan Ha Bay. We will have a chance to take you comfortably on local bamboo boats rowed by the locals to explore the cave.
It’s the perfect time to mingle with fellow travelers, share stories, or simply relax by the seasonal swimming pool.
Indulge in a cooking demonstration and learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls, immersing yourself in the culinary culture of Vietnam or sipping cocktails in the Happy Hour at the bar.
Evening
Savor a delicious BBQ dinner in the outdoor dining area near the swimming pool. Afterward, treat yourself to a wide selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar with a pool view, and visit the wine and cigars cellar.

The main activity today is kayaking in the Ao Ech area. Grab a kayak and paddle through the enchanting limestone karsts and emerald waters around.
After the morning excursion, return to the charming Stellar Of The Seas to pack your belongings and complete the check-out process at 9:30.
It’s time to savor tasty Vietnamese brunch at the restaurant and prepare to disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor around 11:30.

If using our transfer service, the driver will pick you up in the Harbor and bring you to return to your hotel in Hanoi around 14:30 – 15:00.

Transfer to the a day boat heading to Viet Hai Village. Embark on a captivating bicycle ride along village roads, where you can immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and traverse through lush rainforests.
As part of the journey, we will visit a local family’s house, providing you with a glimpse into the everyday life of the local community. Then, we’ll return to the dayboat and continue our cruise, venturing deeper into the picturesque Lan Ha Bay.
