Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

08:00 – 8:30: Begin your journey from Hanoi on our shuttle service (book in the next step with an additional fee), as you head towards the Ha Long International Cruise Port in Bai Chay town, Ha Long City.
Take a moment to refresh in the inviting lounge. You will move on the Starlight Cruise around 12:00 – 12:30. Indulge in a welcome drink and acquaint yourself with the cruise’s essence and safety guidelines. Settle into your cabin and prepare for the adventures ahead.
While cruising through the breathtaking Ha Long Bay, partake in a delightful lunch that aligns with the enchantment of the surroundings.
Afternoon
You can become a part of a guided expedition to the captivating Sung Sot Cave, an awe-inspiring wonder within Ha Long Bay known as the Amazing Cave.
Ascend the pinnacle of Titop Island, treating yourself to a panoramic spectacle of the bay’s grandeur. Upon descent, you should unwind upon the sands and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters.
You and your fellows will return to the Starlight Cruise, allowing the sunset to grace your senses as you revel in Happy Hour at the bar, extending from this moment until dinnertime.
After that, let’s savor discounted beverages, and choose to engage in mini-golf on the deck or join a culinary session with our skilled Chef to create food artistry.

Dinner’s exquisite flavors await, and a private dining experience can be arranged upon your request.

Today we will join a guided exploration of the hidden corners of the bay, venturing into the Luon Cave. Navigate through the serene waters on a shared sampan with a local rower or take charge in a kayak adventure.
Return to the Starlight Cruise for a refreshing shower and check out at 9:30.
Bid adieu to your room as Starlight Cruise resumes its journey, gracing the route towards Bai Chay Bridge, offering an opportunity for captivating photos before delighting in a flavorful lunch. Between 11:30 and 11:45, disembark as the cruise concludes its voyage.
Afternoon
From 12:00 to 15:00, put your feet up on a comfortable transfer back to Hanoi City (book the next step with an additional fee), concluding this remarkable journey as you return to your hotel.

You need to step aboard the Starlight Cruise between 12:00 and 12:30. Immerse yourself in a welcoming drink and receive an enlightening introduction to the cruise and its safety essentials.

In the afternoon, accompany us on a guided voyage to the Sung Sot Cave, an awe-striking marvel that holds the title of the Amazing Cave – a true testament to its grandeur.
Let’s climb the heights of Titop Island after 1 hour you finish discovering the cave, capturing the sweeping panorama of the bay. Descend to bask in relaxation on the sandy shores, immersing yourself in the rejuvenating crystal-clear waters.
As the sun bids adieu, return to the Starlight Cruise and let the soothing sunset serenade you during the Happy Hour, extending its magic until dinner.

Allow lunchtime to rejuvenate you on board, as we continue our odyssey.

As we return to Ha Long Bay, the adventure continues, exploring its picturesque landscapes.
Then you and your fellow can immerse yourself in the captivating Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum, unveiling the intriguing facets of pearl farming and harvesting.
Bid adieu to the day boat crew and transition to the overnight cruises at Titop area. The sundeck transforms into a haven of joy during Happy Hour, inviting you to unwind.
