Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: A shuttle transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) picks up guests who book the transfer service in Hanoi Old Quarter, then transfers to the Halong International Harbour.
11:30 – 12:00: If you don’t use our transfer car, get to the waiting lounge by yourself, where you process the check-in procedure and transfer to Signature Royal Cruise by tender.
Enjoy a welcome drink while the captain briefs you about safety instructions and the itinerary. You can rest in your cabin afterward.
A fresh seafood lunch will be served as the boat sails through the extraordinary limestone karst landscapes of Halong Bay.
Afternoon
Set sail for Bai Tu Long Bay, an excellent alternative for travelers who like a peaceful trip.
It’s time to explore Vung Vieng fishing village, a peaceful and rustic floating village. Here, we have time to discover the life and culture of the fisherman by local rowing boats or kayaking.
Return to Signature Cruise after the trip and relax in your free time.
In the late afternoon, join the sunset party with Happy Hour (Buy one, get another one for free) and admire the alluring bay at sunset.
A cooking demonstration is organized to learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese foods like spring rolls.
Evening
Having set menu dinner at the restaurant on board. Enjoy leisure time in evening activities, such as squid fishing, playing board games, or drinking in the bar.

Start the day with a refreshing Tai Chi session. Then, you can relax with a cup of tea, coffee, or juice and watch the miraculous scenery of the bay at sunrise.
Our restaurant will serve a light breakfast; enjoy your meal and prepare for the day.
Later, you’ll visit Thien Canh Son Cave and islets at the center of Bai Tu Long Bay. Witness the dazzling stalactites and stalagmites in many shapes and sizes. All of them combine with the colorful lighting creating a stunning picture inside the cave.
After the excursion to the cave, it’s time to return to the cruise and process the check-out procedure around 9:00. While the boat is sailing back to the pier, you will have an early brunch.
10:45: Transfer to Halong International Harbour by tender, say goodbye to the staff, then disembark.
Afternoon
For customers who booked the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), a driver will pick you up and drive back to Hanoi.
Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater at approximately 15:00 – 15:30. This is the end of your trip.

8:00 – 8:30: Our driver will pick up guests who booked the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee) in their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and then transfer to Halong International Harbour.
11:30 – 12:00: Arrive at Signature waiting lounge in the harbor, and then you will be transferred to Signature Royal Cruise by tender.
Enjoy a welcome drink while the captain briefs you about the itinerary and safety instructions, then get in your cabin to relax.
As the cruise sails into the bay, a delicious lunch will be served. Let’s watch the majestic limestone islands while enjoying fresh seafood dishes.
Afternoon
Travel to off-the-beaten-track Bai Tu Long Bay. The first stop is the pretty Vung Vieng fishing village. Now, get on local rowing boats or kayaking to discover the beauty of this unspoiled area and take a look at the daily lives of the fishermen here.
Return to the cruise in the late afternoon and take time to unwind in your cabin and enjoy the cruise’s service.
Afterward, let’s get on the sundeck to join the sunset party with the Happy Hour deal from 18:00 to 19:00. You can also take part in a Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to make Spring Rolls.

Relish a flavorful dinner at the restaurant on board. Spend the night participating in evening activities like drinking cocktails, squid fishing, or simply relaxing in your cabin.

Morning
Attend the sunrise Tai Chi class on the sundeck and enjoy the stunning view of the bay in the morning.
Have a buffet breakfast with the best local coffee brand and fresh fruit juices to recharge your energy.
Transfer to the cruise’s day boat to discover a rustic area in Bai Tu Long Bay – Cong Dam, best known for its crystal-clear water and stunning sandy beaches. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, and relaxing in the tranquil atmosphere of this area.
After a fun time exploring, you will have lunch with traditional Vietnamese dishes on the day boat.
Afternoon
Have some free time for yourself after the meal. Then back on board the Signature Cruise and spend your leisure time as we cruise to the anchor area.
NOTE: Massage service is available, you can contact the cruise manager to book in advance.
Later in the day, you can relax on the sundeck and witness the brilliant sunsets of Bai Tu Long Bay. Take part in Happy Hour from 18:00 to 19:00, “Buy one get one free,” at the cruise bar, and join a Vietnamese cooking class as you like.
Evening
Enjoy a flavorful dinner on the board, then be free. Entertainment services on board include board games, bar services, or squid fishing. Spend overnight in your comfy cabin.

Morning
For the early risers, participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. This is the perfect time to watch the miraculous sunrise scenery of the bay and relax with tea, coffee, or juice.
Light breakfast will be served to guests at the cruise’s restaurant.
Then, you will travel to the center of Bai Tu Long Bay and visit Thien Canh Son Cave. Although the entrance is relatively small, visitors will witness a complex stalagmite & stalactite system inside the cave. Let’s get your phone and capture this memorable moment.
Get back to the cruise after that to refresh and check out your cabin at 9:00. Have a warm brunch at the restaurant while cruising toward the pier. Let’s enjoy the graceful beauty of the bay for the last time.
10:45: Reach the Halong International Harbour, disembark, and say goodbye to the friendly crew member.
Afternoon
Wait for your driver at the waiting lounge to transfer you back to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee).
Around 15:00 – 15:30: Return to your hotel in Hanoi. Your trip ends here.
