Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:00 – 8:30: A shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart to the cruise port in Halong City.
Upon arrival, proceed to Level 2 of the Ha Long International Cruise Port and complete the check-in process at the first-class lounge between 11:30 and 12:00.
Once onboard the Sea Stars Cruise around 12:15, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink while the cruise manager provides a brief introduction to the 2-day 1-night itinerary and safety guidelines.
The cruise sails through the mesmerizing landscapes adorned with thousands of limestone karsts, including renowned landmarks like Am Tich Islet and Mat Quy Islet.
Indulge in a delightful high-end lunch. This exceptional voyage will take you through Halong Bay, showcasing its natural wonders and World Natural Heritage Sites.
Afternoon
The first stop is Sung Sot Cave, the largest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay. Prepare to be amazed by the intricate formations of stalactites and stalagmites, sculpted over millions of years into stunning and fantastical shapes.
Next, the cruise will take you to Titop Island, known for its pristine beaches. You can choose to conquer the summit for a panoramic view of the bay or simply relax on the smooth white sand, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze.

Return to the cruise, settle any outstanding bills, and complete the check-out process at the reception from 9:00 to 9:30.
Relish a light lunch at the restaurant as the Sea Stars Cruise gracefully passes by scenic spots while making its way back to the Ha Long International Cruise Port. You will arrive at the pier around 11:15.
Afternoon
Upon reaching the port, spend some time refreshing in Sea Stars Lounge and wait for the transfer to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee). It is estimated that you’ll reach Hanoi at around 15:00 – 15:30.

Afternoon
