Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.

- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: A luxury limousine for transfer booking will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Halong Bay. You can take a rest by a station on the way for around 15 minutes.
NOTE: The bus is not included in the cruise price and you should book in advance
Arrive at Scarlet Pearl Cruise Lounge in Tuan Chau International Port at around 11:30 for the check-in process. Then, transfer to Scarlet Pearl cruise by tender and start boarding at 12:00.
Don’t forget to enjoy a welcome drink, check-in, and listen to instructions from our cruise manager. Store your things at your cabin before relishing a delightful lunch served at Tahiti Restaurant while the cruise embarks and travels to Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
Proceed to explore Dark & Light Cave by kayaking or on a bamboo boat rowed by locals. This offers you a chance to contemplate the natural masterpiece of fresh-water snails in Sang Cave and sparkling karst arcs under sunlight while paddling on 70m long water.
After sightseeing time, get back to the floating port and continue the excursion to an area shaped like a giant frog called Ech Lagoon. Here is an ideal remote part of Lan Ha Bay with emerald water to swim deep down or kayaking.
Then, return to the cruise for a relaxing time and wait for sunset stunning scenery in the Sky bar with a glass of cocktail on hand or join in a Vietnamese cooking class hosted by a professional chef (depending on the season).
From 17:30 to 18:30, you have the opportunity to delight in a special offer – “Get 01 Buy 01,” allowing you to savor your favorite drinks while enjoying incredible savings.
OPTIONAL: Guests can order to relish the breathtaking panorama of the setting sun on our catamaran with fresh cocktails. This option carries a surcharge.

Say hello to a wonderful new day in Lan Ha with a brief Tai Chi lesson. The gentle exercises and focused breathing can help you align your body and prepare yourself for the day ahead.
After enjoying a light breakfast in the tranquil and refreshing ambiance of the bay, take a trip aboard a luxury catamaran in about 30 minutes to discover more remote and isolated areas in Lan Ha Bay, which are hidden gems that other types of watercraft cannot access.
Once again aboard the cruise ship and prepared to check out at 9:00 – 9:30. While we are sailing back to Halong mainland, Tahiti Restaurant will serve our guests the final delicious brunch in the bay.
Afternoon
Disembark and transfer to tender. We go to the pier between 11:00 – 11:30 in the morning and wait to be brought back to Hanoi. You’ll arrive in Hanoi around 14:30 – 15:00.
Note: This return transfer is not included in the price, you have to book it separately.

8:00 – 8:30: You’ll be picked up by limousine service from your hotel inside Old Quarter to Halong. It’s possible for you to take a short break by the station on the way. After 2.5 hours, we arrive at No 41, Tuan Chau Port and warmly welcome to Scarlet Pearl Cruise’s Lounge.
NOTE: The transfer service is for those who book in advance with an additional fee.
Your check-in procedure should be completed at 11:30 at the waiting lounge before getting to Scarlet Pearl Cruise by tender at 12:00. After approximately 15 minutes, boarding for the Scarlet Pearl Cruise will begin.
Enjoy a welcome drink, check-in, and listen to instructions from our cruise manager before enjoying a delectable lunch at Tahiti Restaurant while the cruise starts its voyage to Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
The first stop is Dark & Bright Cave, considered one of the most primitive water caves due to its half-body submerged in water. Let’s paddle in a kayak or relax on a rowed boat by locals to see fresh-water snails and sparkling karst arcs in the sunlight.
Then, please return to the floating port. We continually reach an area shaped like a giant frog pond called Ao Ech, an ideal place to immerse in the crystal water, go kayaking, or simply relax by the bay.
It’s time to relax on the Scarlet Pearl cruise. Shouldn’t miss out on sunset scenery during our cocktails party at Sky bar or join in the cooking class hosted by Chef (might be subject to weather).

It’s time to enjoy the beauty of the bay at night; our sundeck bar and restaurant are always open for requests. You may also go squid fishing or watch a movie in the restaurant with chess and cards. The night is yours to savor.

Welcome a new day with the Tai Chi session on the sundeck. This entertainment is ideal for early birds to refresh body and minds after being busy on the first day.
Before starting the trip, please have a tasty light breakfast in Western style to fuel your energy for the day ahead.
The next activity is sailing on a deluxe catamaran, which will help you reach the faraway landscapes easily as we turn around Ba Trai Dao Beach and unwind on the emerald green water.
Then, continue to one of the most notable points in the journey, Viet Hai Village, the hidden town on Cat Ba Island adorably called the “Sleeping Beauty” by tourists. You’ll be amazed by a new atmospheric space and appreciate the precious traditional cultural values of Cat Ba.
Upon arrival at Viet Hai pier, you can cycle through a winding road or take an electric car through the rainforest tunnel and contemplate gorgeous scenery.
Let’s learn about and experience the self-sufficient lifestyle of 80 households nestled in the forest’s center, and save the most photos on Vietnamese footbridges.
OPTIONAL: With a surcharge, you can unwind with a natural fish massage service. Fish massage is helpful for dry skin issues and stress relief. Your blood flow will be stimulated by the fish, and a sense of calm will wash over you.

Fresh lunch will be carefully prepared on a catamaran sailboat. This exquisite sea picnic might be a highlight of the day, taking you to remote areas with thrilling scenes to swim and go fishing.
This time is at your disposal to refresh on the Scarlet Pearl cruise after a hustle day with an expert massage from Akoya Spa (Please book with the cruise manager) or just simply chill out on your own way.

Let’s relish a fine-dining dinner in our restaurant that will blow your mind. After your sumptuous dinner, the night is yours to enjoy. Spend time enjoying thrilling activities like drinks at the bar, squid fishing, watching movies, or simply unwinding in your room.

Get up and take some time to relax and reflect on the adventure in Lan Ha Bay. You can freely explore the amenities onboard like a spa room, library, movie, bar bistro, and other more.
Until 9:00 – 9:30, when you are finished packing your bags, please go to the checkout. Besides, guests will be served with delicious buffet brunch in Tahiti Restaurant before disembarking. Please enjoy your meal while the boat makes its way back to the dock.
We will disembark and transfer you to the mainland via tender/speed boat at 11:00 – 11:30. It’ll take you about 20 minutes to arrive at the port.
Afternoon
Now, take some time to relax and wait for a luxury limousine to pick you up from Tuan Chau International Port and head back to Hanoi. The anticipated arrival time is around 14:30 – 15:00.
