Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
08:00 – 08:30: With the guest who uses the transfer services (not included in the price), our driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, and then we’ll depart to Halong Bay for 2.5 hours.
11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at the waiting area in Tuan Chau Port No.26, where you’ll do the check-in process and move to the tender to get to Rosy Cruise.
Get on board and enjoy your welcome drink while receiving a brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines in the restaurant.
Afternoon
Enjoy a nice lunch and view the charming bay in the dining room while the boat slowly glides between the numerous islands and the sea-green color.
The vessel drops anchor in Lan Ha Bay, a pristine attraction with the natural scenery of more than 400 islands. Get ready for a whole afternoon of engaging activities.
You can swim and kayak to explore excellent islands in the middle of the emerald water here. Or else, simply sunbathe on the sundeck to immerse yourself in the fresh air of this wonderland.
After enjoying fun water activities, return to the cruise and enjoy the Happy Hour (buy two, get 1 for free). Let’s admire the breathtaking sunset moment with the cocktail in hand.
Before dinner, you can take part in the cooking class to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese food called spring rolls.
Evening
After a long day, reward yourself with a delicious set-menu dinner. Free time to use the cruise’s service, participate in games like cards and chess, try your luck with squid fishing, or have a drink at the panoramic bar.
Stay overnight on board and have a nice rest in your cabin.

Wake up early for a Tai Chi class, a healthy way to improve your health and immerse yourself in the stunning sunrise moment of Lan Ha Bay at the same time.
A light breakfast with tea and coffee will be served in the dining room to recharge your energy before exploring the bay.
We’ll discover the unique Bright Cave. This beautiful, mysterious cave is actually a gate to the vast sea and sky in front of it. You have two options: kayak to explore the majestic cave or sit on the bamboo boat rowing by the locals to sightsee this pristine place.
After the amusing excursion, we’ll return to the cruise to relax, pack your luggage, and prepare for check-out at 9:15. You will settle the bills and return the room keys to the reception area.
Enjoying a delicious brunch afterward. It’s time to say goodbye to the lovely Rosy Cruise and get on the tender to transfer to Tuan Chau Port.
NOTE: If you want to travel to Cat Ba Island, please take note with us before the return. We will take you to Gia Luan Port by the cruise’s small boat.
11:30: Arrive at the port, and the comfortable shuttle limousine will bring you back to Hanoi Old Quarter if you use the transfer services.

Morning
If using our transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), you will be picked up at 08:00 – 08:30 by a limousine from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Halong Bay. It takes about 2.5 hours so you can take a short nap.
We’ll arrive at Tuan Chau Port at about 11:30 – 11:45, check in at the Rosy Cruise waiting lounge, and move to the tender to get on Rosy Cruise.
The crew team will warmly welcome you onboard, and then you will be given a short cruise briefing while sipping your welcome drink in the restaurant.
Afternoon
Have a delicious typical lunch while the Rosy cruises toward the spectacular Lan Ha Bay.
The Rosy Cruise will anchor for the afternoon schedule. Let’s participate in various activities, such as swimming or kayaking, to admire Lan Ha Bay’s numerous fascinating islands. If not, you can sunbathe on the airy sundeck.
Return to the cruise afterward for a sunset party with local snacks, fresh fruit, and cocktails to admire the incredible sunset in the charming Lan Ha Bay.
Join a cooking class to make traditional Vietnamese dishes like deep-fried spring rolls.
Evening
Savor a flavorful dinner with fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes in the restaurant. After dinner, unwind with a large selection of cocktails at a panoramic bar or go down to the cruise entrance for the squid fishing. (We will open the light and prepare the squid fishing rods)

Morning
Begin your new day with a Tai Chi Class and witness the magnificent sunrise on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast.
After that, we’ll move to the day boat and start to discover the amazing Lan Ha Bay further.
The natural Viet Hai Village is the first stop in the journey. This is a small village amid the lush jungle, surrounded by the high mountain ranges of Cat Ba National Park. The area doesn’t follow mass tourism and is still very rustic.
You can go cycling or explore this peaceful village by electric car. Besides enjoying the fresh air – things you’ll never find in the city zones, you also can communicate with the local people in their houses and see the local life here.
Head back to the day boat before noon to enjoy lunch in the tranquil landscape.
Afternoon
Have some free time for kayaking around the area to discover the stunning scenery of the bay.
Cruise to one of the most famous spots for beach activities – Ba Trai Dao Area. Let’s immerse ourselves in the significant landscape and swim in the sea-green water of this place.
It’s time to say goodbye to the day boat crew and return to Rosy Cruise.
Summit on the sundeck to watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. You are invited to the Sunset party (we serve you local snacks and fresh fruits), and don’t miss the special offer “Happy hours – buy 2 get 1 for free”.
Take part in a cooking demonstration to learn how to make deep-fried spring rolls before dinner.
Evening
Relish the delicious dinner with a fresh food menu, then relax on the boat with your favorite drink, or join some night activities such as listening to music and taking some massages to refresh the body.

Travel by a Day Boat for day excursion
Morning
Let’s enjoy another Tai Chi session on the last morning in Lan Ha Bay. Have a light breakfast in the dining room before the cave excursion later.
We’ll visit the Bright Cave – a perfect destination for the adventurous visitor who would love to kayak on the calm water surface while viewing the cave’s impressive stonewalls. You can also choose to explore the cave on a bamboo boat rowed by locals.
After the morning visit, we’ll travel back to the cruise and pack all the luggage. Please finish the check-out process at about 9:15, pay your bill, and return the room key to the reception area.
Enjoy a delicious set menu brunch and have the last glimpse of Lan Ha Bay before traveling back to the pier.
Disembark the Rosy Cruise and transfer on a tender boat to Tuan Chau Harbor. Arrive at the port around 11:30, get on the shuttle transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) to return to Hanoi.
NOTE: Let us know if you want to go to Cat Ba Island. We will transfer you by Rosy Cruise small transfer boat to Gia Luan Port.

Arrive in Hanoi at approximately 15:00 – 15:30. Your trip ends here.
