Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. Check in at the port.
Afternoon
Transfered by speedboat for checkin onboard. Enjoy welcome drink and a safety briefing from the cruise manager. Checkin your cabin and enjoy a hearty Vietnamese lunch (buffet or set menu). The vessel starts sailing to Lan Ha Bay and crosses many fascinating rocky islands on the bay. The first stop is Dark-Bright Cave (Sang-Toi Cave). You can choose to kayak or take a sampan boat trip through the cave and enjoy the tranquil scenery. Then, the ship proceeds to Tra Bau Area where you can immerse yourself in the cool water around the boat. Back to the boat, enjoy tea party with freshly prepared snacks. Take advantage of Happy Hour time to order your favorite drinks (Buy 2 get 1 free). You may not want to miss the cooking class by talented Chef with the delicious spring roll of Vietnam.
Evening
Dinner is served at the restaurant. After dinner, you have free time to try squid fishing on the 1st floor or listen to music, order drinks, sing Karaoke (registration in advance).

Wake up early and join Taichi at 6:30 – 7:00 am on the sundeck. Enjoy light breakfast at the restaurant while the ship start cruising to the next excursion. Stop at Frog Pond Area for swimming or kayaking for around 45 minutes. Back to the cabin to pack your luggage and check out at reception. Enjoy buffet lunch and admire the magnificent landscape on the way back to the harbor. Transferred by tender boat to Tuan Chau Pier. Return to the dock at around 11:20.

Enjoy breakfast and prepare for the day excursions where you will explore further parts of Lan Ha Bay. At 8:20 – 8:45, embark on the day boat and head to Viet Hai village. Here you can join a biking trip or take an electric car around the rustic village to sightsee and know about the local life. Back to the small day-boat.
Afternoon
Enjoy the lunch on the day boat. Take a rest and continue the exploration at Tai Keo Cave area – also called “Dragon eye”. Here you can kayak to enjoy the calm bay and peaceful atmosphere. Later, the ship moves to Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) area – one of the best beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You can swim in the crystal clear water or sunbathe here. At 16:00 – 16:30, back to Rita Cruise and join the activities onboard or relax with Happy Hour.
Evening
Savor dinner at 19:00. Free time for night activities.
