The 5-star Queen Cruise is a day cruise with a capacity of 99 guests, designed with 3 levels:

Itinerary

09:30: Meet at Lot 07 – Tuan Chau overnight cruise dock (Pier 2) and check-in for Queen Cruise Luxury Halong. (Note: From April 30, the pickup time will be 30 minutes earlier to accommodate summer weather).
10:00: The cruise departs, taking guests to explore the most beautiful spots in Ha Long Bay, such as: Heaven’s Gate, Dog Stone, Incense Burner Peak, Hoa Cuong Bay, and Rooster Stone. The boat will stop for 5 minutes to capture photos of these stunning moments. After that, the cruise continues to Sung Sot Cave.
11:00: Enjoy a BUFFET lunch at the luxurious restaurant on the boat featuring exquisite local seafood. (If there are fewer than 30 guests, a SET menu will be served).
12:30: The guide will take guests to visit Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay’s cave system.
14:00: At the Luon Cave area, guests can choose to kayak or ride traditional boats or relax on the cruise.
15:00: After exploring the cave and kayaking, Titov Island is where you can swim or sunbathe on the pristine sandy beach, or hike to the top of Titov Peak for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay’s countless limestone peaks rising from the emerald waters.
16:00: Return to the boat for a small afternoon tea party with a selection of fruits, pastries, juices, and tea. Enjoy the sunset as the boat returns to Tuan Chau Harbor.
17:00: The boat docks at Tuan Chau. The 7-hour Ha Long Bay tour ends. Thank you for choosing our 5-star day cruise for your holiday.

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
