Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: A limousine or a shuttle service with a surcharge will wait for you at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter. Moreover, you can move to the meeting point at 52 Le Dai Hanh Street, Hai Ba Trung District.
11:30 – 12:00: After 2.5 hours transfer, please check-in at Paradise Comfort Hotel, Danang Block – Tuan Chau Island. You will then be transferred to Paradise Grand via speedboat. A short briefing about your cruise will be provided while you enjoy a welcome drink aboard the Paradise Grand.
Set lunch will be served in the La Espacia Restaurant as Paradise Grand cruises through the captivating islands and islets of Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, let’s start a visit to Viet Hai Village, where you can cycle through tropical greenery, call on ancient houses, explore the fishing lake, and experience an amazing foot massage.
NOTE: For those who are not into activities, there are electric cart services instead of biking.
As sundown approaches, Paradise Grand will anchor overnight. It’s the perfect time for Happy Hour – Buy 1 Get 1 Drink from 17:30 to 18:30 and Canapes in the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (subject to weather conditions).
Night
After dinner in La Espacia Restaurant, you are free to enjoy drinks (excluded from cruise price) at the Piano Lounge, try squid fishing at the back of the boat, or catch a movie.

Welcome your second day aboard Paradise Grand with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises. Re-energize with a light breakfast, freshly baked pastries, coffee, and tea in the restaurant.
Your final destination is the breathtaking Dark and Bright Cave, accessible via a bamboo boat rowed by locals. This poetic location leads to a tranquil lake surrounded by varying-sized stone walls.
After returning on board, breakfast will be served as you cruise back to the harbor. Settle your bills and check out at the reception area from 9:30 to 10:00. Enjoy your remaining moments at the Piano Lounge or on the sundeck, taking in the mesmerizing view of Lan Ha Bay.
Disembark from Paradise Grand and transfer via speedboat to Tuan Chau Marina at 10:30.
Afternoon
You will be back in Hanoi after that, the arrival time is around 15:00.

Set lunch will be served in the La Espacia Restaurant as Paradise Grand cruises through the captivating islands and islets of Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
After lunch, take time to appreciate the beauty of Lan Ha Bay or indulge in a delightful afternoon tea in the Piano Lounge or Spa Treatment (extra cost).
Let’s move and enjoy Ao Ech kayaking around the picturesque landscape of Lan Ha Bay. Ao Ech has another name which is Frog Pond because of its interesting shaped islets.
As sundown arrives, Paradise Grand will anchor for the night. It’s time for Happy Hour (additional fee for drinks) and Canapes in the Piano Lounge or on the sundeck (weather permitting), followed by a BBQ buffet dinner in La Espacia Restaurant.
Night
After dinner, unwind with special Coffee at the Piano Lounge, go squid fishing at the back of the boat, or enjoy a movie (subject to weather conditions).

Welcome your second day onboard Paradise Grand with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises. Enjoy a full breakfast buffet in La Espacia Restaurant.
Today, we will transfer to a small dayboat for the exploration of Viet Hai Village. Here, you can choose cycling or electric cart to experience local life on Cat Ba Island. Pass by fish farms, bee houses, and old houses, and enjoy a fish pond foot massage.
Enjoy Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant, then return to the pier and back onboard.
Afternoon & Night
As the sun sets, indulge in Happy Hour – Buy 1 Get 1 at 17:30 – 18:30 (additional fee for beverages) and Canapes in the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (weather permitting), followed by a Western set menu dinner in La Espacia Restaurant.
After dinner, partake in squid fishing or relaxation.

Welcome your third day with Tai Chi on the sundeck as the sun rises. After that, please re-energize with a light breakfast of pastries, coffee, and tea in the restaurant.
You should spend your time visiting the magnificent Dark and Bright Cave, reached by bamboo boats rowed by locals or kayaking.
A brunch will be served as you cruise back to the harbor. Enjoy your remaining moments at the Piano Lounge or on the sundeck, taking in the stunning view of Lan Ha Bay.
9:30 – 10:00: Settle bills and check out at the reception area before disembarking from Paradise Grand and returning to Tuan Chau Marina via speedboat at 10:30.
Afternoon
After that, you will be transferred back to Hanoi Old Quarter (book in the next step with an additional fee) and arrive at 15:00.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
