09:15 | Check-in: Guests should arrive and check in at Lot 25, Ha Long International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
09:45 | Departure: The Pamela Cruise sets sail. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink and take in views of Ha Long City’s landmarks, including: Bai Chay Bridge, Bai Tho Mountain, Sun Wheel, Lighthouse, and Bai Chay Beach.
11:15 | Lunch: Enjoy a buffet lunch featuring fresh seafood from Quang Ninh and traditional Vietnamese dishes, while admiring the majestic scenery of Ha Long Bay’s thousands of pristine limestone islands.
12:15 | Sung Sot Cave: Explore Sung Sot Cave, one of Ha Long Bay’s most beautiful and expansive caves. Marvel at its stunning natural formations, including colorful stalactites and stalagmites.
13:30 | Luon Cave: Visit Luon Cave, known for its unique, semi-circular structure and clear water lake. This is an ideal spot for kayaking or riding traditional boats, a must-visit for enthusiasts.
14:30 | Titov Island: Experience swimming at Titov Island, known for its crescent-shaped beach. Enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear water, sunbathe on the fine white sand, or hike to the top of Titov Peak for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.
15:30 | Sunset Party: Return to the boat for a Sunset Party. Relax in the mini pool on the sundeck, enjoy snacks and drinks while watching the beautiful sunset and taking photos as the cruise passes by the iconic Pair of Rooster (Hòn Trống Mái) – a symbol of Ha Long Bay.
17:30 | Return: The cruise docks at Ha Long Port, and guests will return to the mainland.

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

A second child in this age group is charged at 50% of the adult price. If the child is over 1.2 meters tall, parents are responsible for any additional costs.
- Children 5 to 8 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult price.
- Children 9 years and older: Charged at 100% of the adult price
