Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning

At 8:30, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and then travel to Lot 32, International Tuan Chau Harbor, Ha Long.

NOTE: The car service costs you an additional fee.

Upon arrival at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port at around 11:30, please complete check-in procedures and enjoy some available tea while waiting for your departure time to board the cruise.

A warm welcome onboard will be for you. Then sit back, have some welcome beverages, and listen to the cruise manager bringing a briefing and safety introduction before check-in to your luxury cabin.

Afternoon

A delicious lunch will be served at the cruise restaurant while the cruise sails leisurely in the heart of wonderful Halong Bay,  one of the world’s seven natural wonders.

After the meal, visitors take a bus to the Trung Trang Cave which extends for a total of 300 meters through the mountain and possesses a majestic landscape with thousands of natural stalactites with unique shapes.

The Orchid Cruise has relocated to Tra Bau, an untouched pristine region of Lan Ha Bay. Take this chance to enjoyably swim around in the emerald green water and immerse yourself in stunning natural grandeur.

Back aboard the cruise, you can unwind on the terrace, look for the setting sun, partake in the Happy Hour program where you can buy one drink and get another free, or have fun participating in a cookery class.

Night

Indulge in a delectable meal at the chic and homey Indochinese restaurant featuring a fusion menu that combines Asian and European flavors. Especially, the meal is prepared using only the freshest ingredients.

Let’s take part in exciting night activities. You can fish for squid, get a massage, or watch a movie while relaxing on the patio and taking in the enigmatic beauty of the Bay at night. Or else enjoying a drink at the bar, listening to music, and playing cards are nice ways to make new friends with other guests.

Morning

Wake up early to witness the bay at its very best whilst enjoying an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Then, let’s savor a delicious breakfast to get ready for the journey ahead.

Following that, continue our exploration of Frog Pond to discover the hidden charm of Lan Ha Bay. You’ll have a chance to get to kayak in the heart of a gorgeous wild natural region and enjoy the majestic sceneries to the fullest.

Then, come back on board, pack your stuff, and complete the checking out process at 9:30 – 10:00.

While cruising back, enjoy a delightful brunch. After the meal, you can relax on the patio or in your room to take in the sights and jot down your final thoughts on your adventure. The ship pulls into port at around 11:30 and it is time to part ways.

Afternoon

Please spend some time relaxing while waiting for the transfer to Hanoi. The excursion comes to an end when arriving in the capital at 15:00.

Morning

Bus picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter if you book our transfer. Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier and embark Orchid Premium Cruise at around 12:15 pm. Listen to cruise briefing and check in your cabin.

Afternoon

The ship then sets off for Halong and Lan Ha Bay journey with the first anchor at Dark-Bright Cave. Here you can kayak through the cave and admire the stunning lagoon and landscape of limestone mountains. If weather permits, another option is to visit Ba Trai Dao Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You can unwind on the sandy beach, kayak, and swim in the crystal-clear water.

Early evening

Back to the vessel to relax on the outdoor pool with some cocktails in Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1) or join a cooking demonstration with the cruise chef.

Evening

Enjoy dinner with a variety of Vietnamese and European dishes. After that, you can join squid fishing, board games, watch movies, and order drinks or spa. Overnight on board.

You will visit Viet Hai village on the island by bicycle or electric car, mingle with locals and enjoy the tranquil roads along the forest. Enjoy lunch at 12:00 am.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, Orchid Cruise will bring tourists to Ba Men Temple – an untouched area for kayaking or relaxing on the beach. At 4:00pm, passengers will return to the main boat for resting and enjoying the seascape.

Evening

Dinner will be served around 7:15pm. After that, tourists can enjoy their free time onboard: admiring Halong Bay beauty on the sundeck, sipping a drink and making new friends at the cruise’s luxury bar, watching a movie, or trying squid fishing with staff.

After breakfast, tourists will visit Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island. Back on Orchid Cruise for check-out schedule from 9:45 – 10:00 am. A delightful brunch will be catered. Around 11:30am, the cruise returns to Tuan Chau Marina, tourists disembark and say goodbye to the cruise.
