- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
At 8:00 – 08:30, a luxury limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and take a 2.5-hour departure on the new highway to the cruise port.
NOTE: The limousine service requires an extra fee.
Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Marina at around 11:30, please process check-in procedures at the waiting lounge before transferring to Nostalgia Cruise by tender boat.
A warm welcome aboard the cruise! Then, let’s check in, take a seat, and enjoy your welcome drink while receiving a cruise briefing & safety instructions explained by the ship’s manager.
During lunchtime, relish a delicious meal while the Nostalgia Cruise moves further to Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
Progress by bus to Trung Trang Cave, which is dubbed a masterpiece of Mother Nature dedicated exclusively to Cat Ba Island. With a majestic landscape with thousands of natural stalactites, the cave definitely leaves you in awe.
Nostalgia Cruise moves her sails into a sparsely populated area at Tra Bau, situated within the unspoiled expanse of Lan Ha Bay. This specific region offers a pure and unspoiled scenery that beckons to be explored.
Take advantage of this opportunity to immerse yourself in the clean and unspoiled sceneries, swim in the ocean, and enjoy the cool water and lush emerald.
Now, it’s time to return to Nostalgia Cruise, you can relax on the top deck and watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. You can also join a cooking demonstration or enjoy Happy Hour at the bar.

Evening
Savor a sumptuous candlelight deluxe dinner with the freshest ingredients in an intimate romantic setting.

Explore Frog Pond, where you can immerse yourself in pure water by kayaking, enjoy swimming, and see the unspoiled natural beauty that will impress you wholly.
At 9:00, it’s time to come back to the cruise, pack your belongings, and prepare for checkout procedures. While the cruise makes its way back to Tuan Chau Marina, please enjoy a delightful brunch and spend every last moment reflecting on your memorable trip.
When reaching the quayside at 11:30, it’s time to disembark Nostalgia Cruise and bid farewell at Tuan Chau port.
Afternoon
A limousine will pick you up for a transfer to Hanoi. You’ll reach your hotel at roughly 15:00 after traveling for about 2.5 hours. Now, it’s the end of the trip.

Welcome onboard! Relish your welcome beverages while the cruise briefing and safety instructions are introduced before check-in to your cabin.
While cruising Halong Bay & Lan Ha Bay, a delightful lunch will be served to satisfy your taste buds.
Afternoon
Head to Trung Trang Cave, representing more than 150 large and small caves in the Cat Ba National Park. Several stalactites of various shapes absolutely make a deep impression on tourists.
Embarking on a voyage through the serene waters of Tra Bau in Lan Ha Bay. As the ship docks, the emerald-green water beckons, inviting you to partake in a refreshing swim.
After a few hours of enjoying, let’s return to the cruise, have drinks at the bar on Happy Hour buy 1 get 1 special program or you can choose to take part in a cooking class and learn about Vietnamese cuisine.

Start a new day by joining Taichi’s class and let the fluid movements of this ancient practice awaken both body and mind.
Then, recharge your energy with a nutritious breakfast before embarking on the morning excursion.
The next destination of today is one of the largest fishing villages in Vietnam – Viet Hai Village. You will move to a smaller dayboat to travel to this peaceful village, where we stroll around the idyllic enclave and see the fabulously rustic homes of the locals.
Upon arrival, you can choose to ride a bike or use an electric cart (at an extra cost) to discover rainforests, dark tunnels, and rice fields on the way.
In the village, you’ll have a chance to delve deep into the local life while visiting the ancient local house here. Then, get back to the day boat and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Afternoon
Following your midday meal, take some time to discover the tranquil Ba Trai Dao Islet. This picturesque location is perfect for kayaking or simply lounging on the pristine white sand beaches and enjoying the refreshing salt air.
After your adventure, return to the cruise and participate in a traditional cooking class to learn how to prepare some delicious Vietnamese cuisine.
Alternatively, you can relax on the sundeck and take advantage of the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” Happy Hour promotion while sipping on a refreshing beverage.

At approximately 9:00, it will be time to return to the Orchid Cruise and begin the check-out process. As the cruise makes its way back, you can savor a delightful brunch at the onboard restaurant and cherish every last moment spent on Lan Ha Bay.
At 11:30, you will disembark from the cruise, and proceed back to Tuan Chau Port to wait for a transfer to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee).
