Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

08:00 – 08:30: We extend our hand for a seamless pick-up (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Be on time for check-in around 12:00 – 12:30 at Tuan Chau Cruise Port, Quang Ninh.
At around 12:30 – 13:00, with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink, step into a realm of enchantment as our crew guides you through a safety brief. As the boat gracefully glides towards Halong Bay, embrace the anticipation that fills the air.
Afternoon
The symphony of flavors commences as a delectable lunch graces the cruise restaurant, awakening your palate.
After lunch, uncover the heart of Luon Cave, where you can engage in kayaking or bamboo boating and immerse yourself in the majestic limestones.
Head towards Titop Island to soak up the crystal-clear water or conquer the peak of the mountain on a hike. It’s really worthwhile for a stunning panoramic bay view.
Then witness the sun’s affectionate descent into the horizon, painting the bay with hues of gold. Try on a culinary experience during our interactive cooking class. Learn the art of crafting and tantalizing the emblems of Vietnamese cuisine.
Night
As night falls, gather at the cruise restaurant for a sumptuous dinner that satisfies both appetite and soul. Embrace the tranquil night as you try your hand at squid fishing.

Please awaken your senses with the graceful movements of Taichi on the sundeck—a harmonious start to your day. After the practice, a light breakfast spreads warmth and energy, setting the tone for a day of exploration.
You will venture into Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong. Let your camera capture the magic and wear your sports shoes for a trek that connects you with the earth’s beauty.
Return to the embrace of the main vessel at around 9:30 – 9:45 for check-out. You should prepare for disembarkation, placing your luggage outside the door for our crew’s assistance.
A final brunch unfurls in the restaurant, accompanied by the boat’s gentle course toward the harbor. Step ashore with the richness of experiences woven into your being, carrying the essence of Lily Cruise’s voyage as you disembark at 11:00.
Afternoon
If you book the transfer services, please wait for the driver to pick up the transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) and arrive in Hanoi around 15:00.

Arrive at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port.
Afternoon
Check in onboard. Enjoy a welcome drink while the manager provides a safety guideline. Lunch is served in the restaurant when Lily Cruise sets sail to Halong Bay. The first stop is Luon Cave or a pearl farm for kayaking/bamboo boat. Later, back to the cruise and move to Titop Island where you can swim at the beach or climb to the top of the mountain to capture the stunning panoramic view of the bay. Return to the vessel and enjoy Sunset Party with Happy Hour – buy 2 get 1 free at bar. Join a cooking class or simply unwind on the sundeck with stunning sunset scenery.
Evening
Dinner is served. Later, squid fishing is available on the boat. Overnight onboard.

Morning
Start a new day with the Tai Chi session while watching the tranquil scenery of the bay. Enjoy breakfast in the restaurant. At 8:15 am, transfer to the day boat and explore Lan Ha Bay – the extended part of Halong Bay. Explore Dark – Bright Cave by kayaking in around 1 hour.
Afternoon
Enjoy lunch on the day boat while the cruise departs towards Lan Ha Bay. Swim at Ba Trai Dao Beach with white sand and a spectacular view. Then, you visit Pearl Farm Exhibition Center to see how locals grow and harvest pearls in Halong Bay. Back to Lily Cruise and admire the beautiful sunset from the top deck. Join the “Happy Hour” and a cooking class with spring rolls.
Evening
Dinner is served at the restaurant. Free time for squid fishing, socializing, ordering drinks from the bar, or relaxing in the cabin.

Start a new day with Taichi session on the sundeck. Have breakfast while the cruise proceeds to the next stop. Visit Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Then, back to the boat to freshen up and check out. Brunch is served in the restaurant at around 10:00 am. Arrive at the port at around 10:45 am.

Important Notes:

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
