Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

8:30 – 8:45: Begin your luxurious journey as a limousine picks you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transports you to the exclusive La Regina Private Lounge.
NOTE: Only guests book the additional transfer service available for this picking up.
11:30: Upon arriving in Ha Long, you can swiftly check in and unwind with a refreshing beverage at the lounge located in Lot 24, Tuan Chau Marina.
Prepare for your adventure as you receive a comprehensive briefing on the cruise’s itinerary, activities, and safety measures from the cruise manager. The captain sets sail for the enchanting Lan Ha Bay, and we hope you are filled with anticipation for the days ahead.
Savor a delectable lunch that showcases the authentic flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.
Afternoon
Discover the captivating Light and Dark Cave, a must-visit attraction in the pristine Lan Ha Bay. Explore the sights by a kayak or a local boat. Take a refreshing swim in the emerald lake surrounding the boat.
Return to the cruise and witness the mesmerizing sunset over the bay while enjoying special discounts during the “Happy Hour” at around 17:30. For those interested in learning the art of crafting traditional spring rolls, our skilled chef invites you to join the kitchen.
Night
Delight in a dining experience at La Corona Restaurant, situated on the second deck. If weather permits, the sundeck provides an exceptional setting. Indulge in a fusion of authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist, prepared using the finest ingredients.
After dinner, you have the option to engage in squid fishing, pamper yourself at the spa (additional charges apply), or simply relax and unwind.

Start your day off right with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Relax with a cup of tea or coffee in hand while you take in the beautiful scenery of the bay, then get your day started well with a hearty breakfast on board.
Prepare to explore Trung Trang Cave, many different kinds of bats, birds, insects, and reptiles call the strange darkness of the cave home. In order to protect the cave’s unique ecosystem, the lighting system is quite limited, which makes it impressive to discover.
9:30: While returning to port, passengers enjoy lunch on board and spend the last few time relaxing on the sundeck.
Around 12:00, get off the boat as the crew bids farewell; we’ll be taking you back to Tuan Chau Marina.

Morning
Around 8:30, the shuttle transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from your Hanoi Old Quarter hotel and transport you to the La Regina Private Lounge.
11:30: When you arrive in Ha Long, check in swiftly and unwind with a drink at the La Regina lounge in Tuan Chau Marina Lot 24.
A speedboat or tender will transport you to the cruise. Relax with a cool drink as the cruise manager briefs you on the cruise’s itinerary, activities, and safety precautions. The captain prepares to set sail for Lan Ha Bay.
You can have a meal with the distinct flavor of Vietnamese food while resting and escaping the daily hustle and bustle.
Afternoon
When visiting the bay, Dark & Bright Cave is a must-see attraction due to its tranquil and untouched natural beauty. Choosing a kayak or a local boat to see the sights, you can take a refreshing dip in the emerald water surrounding.
Return to the ship and enjoy the sunset over the Bay while saving money with the special “Happy Hour” discount. Our chef welcomes you to join a Vietnamese cooking class if you want to learn how to make authentic spring rolls.
Night
If the weather is nice, the sundeck of La Corona Restaurant is an excellent spot to eat. Dine on dishes crafted with the greatest ingredients and served in a unique fusion style to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist.

Morning
Enjoy the first light of the day on the sundeck, warm up your body with a Tai Chi lesson, or relax in your room.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant with tea, coffee, hot dishes, and pastries that will energize you for a full day of activities.
Board our day boat and set sail for the fantastic Viet Hai fishing village. Spend a 30-minute bike ride around a pleasant lagoon, then up a little slope before descending into a tunnel cave.
Stop along the way to immerse in the stunning scenery and learn about the village’s history as well as the botanicals from the friendly residents.
After a tiring time cycling in the village, fill your energy with a tasty lunch (served in the village or onboard).
Afternoon & Night
The cruise ship arrives at Ba Trai Dao Beach. The seawater of Ba Trai Dao Beach is particularly pure, and the bottom can be seen on bright days. Swimming and kayaking are also safe.
Return to the main boat, enjoy the sunset on board and relax until dinner time.

Morning
Begin the day on the sundeck with a Tai Chi session. Enjoy the fresh air on the bay while relaxing with a cup of tea or coffee, a light breakfast is served at the restaurant.
Enjoy a quick breakfast on board and get your day started with lots of energy.
You will take part in a visit to the Cat Ba World Biosphere. It will take approximately 30 minutes to get from Gia Luan to Trung Trang, one of the most impressive caverns on Cat Ba Island.
9:30: Back to the main boat for relaxation and check-out at the reception; please leave all bags outside of your cabin; a crew member will assist in bringing luggage on shore.
Lunch is served at the restaurant as the boat returns to the harbor.
11:00: As our crew bids us farewell, disembark from the tour and take our speed boat back to Tuan Chau Marina.
