Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

[su_spoiler title=”Children Policy” open=”no” style=”default” icon=”plus” anchor=”” anchor_in_url=”no” class=””]- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4 – 10 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
- Children aged 11 and above must pay full fare as an adult.

- Return Hanoi: 3:00 PM
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $40/person per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December; $25/person for 30 Apr, 1 May, 2 Sep; and $15/person for Hung King Festival and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025).

Morning
If you book our transfer package, get picked up from your hotel at around 8:00 – 8:30, and our driver will take you to Halong Bay – the magnificent Wonder of the World (additional fee for transfer service).
Upon arrival at No 17, Tuan Chau Marina, receptionists will welcome you at La Casta’s waiting lounge at around 11:30 – 12:00.
Let’s move to the tender and transfer to the main boat. Get onboard and warmly welcomed by the La Casta crew team with a welcome drink and safety briefing before checking in to your cabin.
Enjoy lunch in the restaurant while this lovely cruise sails in the heart of the wonderland for the voyage to explore Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
The first stop is the Ba Trai Dao Area, which features a beach that exudes a beautiful mood and three tiny islets that resemble three enormous peaches floating in the water. You can join in our activities, such as kayaking, swimming, sightseeing, and exploring the Ba Trai Dao area.
NOTE: In case of bad weather, for guest safety, Ba Trai Dao’s destination may change to Dark and Bright Cave – famous for its pristine natural beauty and poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay.
Upon concluding our exploration, we will return to La Casta Cruise for a sunset party. During this time, guests can enjoy Happy Hour – Buy 2 get 1 free with some kinds of drinks at the bar from 17:30 to 18:30 onboard while admiring the bay’s sunset view.
Additionally, you can participate in a Vietnamese cooking class, where you can learn to prepare some delightful and authentic Vietnamese dishes.
Evening
Spend time savoring a tasty dinner with a lot of fresh food served. After dinner, you can relax on board or participate in various fascinating night activities onboard, such as karaoke and squid fishing, etc.

Start your day with a refreshing Taichi class on the sundeck, surrounded by the invigorating breeze and a stunning sunrise in the heart of Lan Ha Bay.
Indulge in a delightful breakfast onboard while sipping tea or coffee and relishing the morning vista of the Bay’s captivating limestone islets.
Our morning adventure takes us to the Tra Bau Area, known for its unspoiled beauty and natural wonders. Here, you can kayak or swim to get closer to the untouched beauty of the bay.
After the morning excursion, return to the charming La Casta to pack your belongings, complete the check-out process at 9:30, and prepare to disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor around 11:30.
Afternoon
If using our transfer package, the driver will pick you up in the Harbor and bring you to return to your hotel in Hanoi around 14:30 – 15:00.

Morning
If you book our transfer package (book in the next step with an additional fee), our driver will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 – 8:30 to begin your journey to Halong Bay, one of the seven wonders of the world.
Upon reaching No 17, Tuan Chau Marina, you will be greeted by receptionists in La Casta’s waiting lounge at around 11:30 – 12:00. Receive a warm welcome from the La Casta crew team as you step onboard, where you’ll be offered a welcome drink and receive a safety briefing about the cruise.
Afterward, you can proceed to check in to your cabin, and then indulge in a delicious lunch at the restaurant while the cruise gracefully sails on an enchanting voyage to explore Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
Your first destination is Ba Trai Dao Area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay. The region boasts a serene beach and three small islets resembling floating peaches. Join us in a range of activities, including kayaking, swimming, sightseeing, and exploring the area.
In times of worse weather, the destination may change to Dark and Bright Cave for the safety of our guests, known for its pristine natural beauty and captivating seascape in Lan Ha Bay.
Then, return to La Casta Cruise for a sunset party. From 17:30 to 18:30, guests can enjoy Happy Hour onboard, with a buy-two-get-one-free offer on selected drinks at the bar, while taking in the breathtaking sunset view of the bay.

Wake up all your senses in the early morning with the Tai Chi session in the sundeck area and the incredible sunrise image in the middle of Lan Ha Bay.

Transfer to a day boat which is more convenient for reaching the further attractions and sail on Lan Ha Bay for the second-day excursion.
Today, we will explore the peaceful Viet Hai Village, a 100-year-old fishing village in Halong with plenty of fascinating things waiting for you to discover.
In this peaceful village, you can cycle, take a deep breath of the fragrant paddy field, try fish massage, or talk with gentle and charming locals.
You can also kayak and explore Lan Ha Bay’s hidden charm. Afterward, you’ll return to the day boat to have lunch and recharge your energy, preparing for an afternoon excursion.
Afternoon
The second highlight of the day is walking or swimming at the most beautiful beach of Lan Ha Bay – Ba Trai Dao or Van Boi Beach. With white sand blended with the blue of the ocean and the calmness of emerald water, this will be a real paradise.
After a long day, we will continue leisure on the day boat while this boat brings you back to the La Casta Cruise.
