Alternatively, guests can make their own way to the reception hall at Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City for check-in procedures.
07:45 – 10:15 | Via the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh expressway, guests will spend about 2.5 hours traveling. The bus will stop for a 20-minute break where guests can relax freely.
10:30 – 11:30 | Welcome aboard Iris Cruise! Enjoy a welcome drink and listen to the safety briefing/schedule summary. Marvel at the majestic scenery of thousands of limestone mountains as Iris Cruise sails through Halong Bay.
11:30 – 13:00 | Enjoy a deluxe lunch at the luxurious restaurant as the cruise passes by famous landmarks of Halong Bay (set menu will be served on days with fewer than 35 guests).
13:00 – 14:00 | Explore Sung Sot Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, with its magical, majestic beauty created by numerous stalactites and stalagmites forming unique and strange shapes.
14:00 – 14:45 | Guests can experience rowing boats by local fishermen or kayaking.
14:45 – 15:30 | Visit Ti-top Island, known for its picturesque natural scenery and beautiful beach shaped like a crescent moon embracing the foot of the island. Here, guests can immerse themselves in the blue sea, climb the mountain, and admire the panoramic, breathtaking view of the Bay.
15:30 – 16:30 | Enjoy live music while admiring the majestic beauty of Halong Bay or soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi. Guests will be served canapes on the sundeck and can freely order their favorite drinks.
16:30-17:00 | Return to the port. Conclude the Halong Bay day tour on the [Iris Halong Cruise]. Guests will then board the bus back to Hanoi.
20:00 | Arrive in Hanoi. The tour ends, and the guide says goodbye and hopes to see the guests again soon!

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
