- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge

Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
For those who book transport services (excluded from the cruise price), the driver will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter or a meeting point near the Hanoi Opera House from 8:00 to 8:30.
11:45 – 12:00: Passengers will board the boat at Tuan Chau Port. They will be greeted with a welcome drink and receive a briefing on the cruise as well as safety instructions.
After embarking, lunch will be served while the boat begins its cruise toward the bay.
Afternoon
The cruise will navigate through the scenic Halong Bay, passing by the most picturesque and tranquil areas such as Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet; Fighting Cock – a symbol of strength and resilience, adding a touch of intrigue and mythology to the cruise experience; Finger Islet – a true delight for nature enthusiasts and photographers.
To start the afternoon discovery, you can choose between 2 attractions:
Option 1: Guests will be transported by tender to Surprise Cave, one of the largest and most captivating grottoes in Halong Bay. Access to the mouth of the cave involves ascending roughly one hundred stone steps.
Option 2: You can choose to visit Luon Cave, known for its remarkable limestone formations and unique natural habitat. The best way to explore this cave is by kayaking or riding a bamboo sampan guided by residents, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in the tranquil and natural surroundings.
Back onboard, passengers can participate in a Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by the Head Chef. During this interactive session, the chef will demonstrate the art of fruit and vegetable carving and showcase traditional Vietnamese food decoration techniques.
Evening
Our delectable dinner will be served onboard. After dinner, guests can engage in evening activities such as playing board games like cards or Parcheesi.
Additionally, massage services will be available throughout the cruise. For those interested, there will be an opportunity to try squid fishing with assistance from the crew.

Morning
A continental breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries will be served in the dining room.
Guests can enjoy a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, lasting approximately 30 minutes. This provides an opportunity to engage in a peaceful and rejuvenating exercise routine while taking in scenic surroundings.
The last destination is Titop Island, where they can swim or climb to the top and enjoy a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
Upon returning to the boat at around 9:00, guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and complete their packing.
Brunch will be served in the dining room. Guests can settle their bills after brunch and then have the opportunity to relax on the sundeck or in the dining room, enjoying the scenic beauty of the bay as the boat approaches the pier.
The boat is expected to arrive at Tuan Chau port at 11:00.
Afternoon
Guests can relax inside the pier building while waiting for their return transportation (extra fee) to Hanoi at approximately 15:00.

Morning
For those using our transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee), you will be picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 08:00 – 08:30 and it takes about 2.5 hours to transfer to Tuan Chau Port in Halong Bay.
11:45 – 12:00: You will be welcomed warmly by the cruise team with a welcome drink and listen to the cruise briefing and safety instructions.
Lunch will be served while this luxury cruise sails in the heart of Halong Bay.
If you want to refresh yourself with a massage treatment after lunch, please take note and make a booking with the Cruise Manager.
Afternoon
You will have a glimpse of the Majestic Wonder of the World by passing through the most beautiful area, including Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, and Finger Islet.
After leisure and having a short sightseeing through the window, we’ll transfer by the tender to begin our excursion to Surprise Cave. With its sparkling limestone and unique way to get inside, you will be surprised when visiting (Sung Sot means surprise in Vietnamese).
NOTE: There is another option to discover Luon Cave, where you can enjoy a kayak/ bamboo boat amid awe-inspiring limestones.
Then, we’ll depart back to the Indochine Premium Cruise for the evening program. You can attend the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson by the Head Chef onboard. You will have time to learn how they decorate the cuisine and make traditional Vietnamese food.
Evening
Enjoy your dinner in the lavish restaurant onboard. It’s time for night activities. You can participate in karaoke and board games or even try your luck with squid fishing.
Overnight onboard to recharge your energy and prepare for the second day.

Morning
Begin your day with a Tai Chi Class and the stunning sunrise on the sundeck. Don’t miss this amazing moment, it will be the image that you’ll never regret when waking up early this morning.
Enjoy a light breakfast with tea or coffee and some breakfast pastries.
Now, please transfer to the dayboat, it is a must for you to reach the far away attractions easily.
The first stop is Dark & Bright Caves in the Cat Ba archipelago. With its breathless natural landscape and green emerald water, this is the perfect place for kayaking in an hour or you can choose a bamboo boat for sightseeing.
The second one is Ba Trai Dao Beaches – a paradise for swimming and sunbathing to immerse yourself in the fresh air of nature.
After exploring Cat Ba Island, we’ll boat return to Halong Bay to explore more landscapes in this Wonderland.
The third stop of the day is the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum. We’ll have about 45 minutes to stay here to learn how to raise the farm, harvest pearls, and their business.
Evening
Enjoy your dinner in the restaurant. After a long day, you can relax in the lavish cabin or continue to enjoy night activities onboard, including board games like cards or parches, squid fishing, etc.

Morning
Enjoy the morning Tai Chi Class on the sundeck to admire the amazing sunrise moment, which lasts about 30 minutes. Before exploring the magnificent cave, a light breakfast will be served.
The last attraction is waiting for you to discover Titop Island. You will ascend to the peak for a stunning 360-degree view of the Bay (there is also a sizable viewing platform halfway up). After the ascent, you can swim and unwind on the beach.
Around 9:00, you will return to the ship and have 30 minutes to pack your luggage and check out. Followed by a buffet brunch on the way sailing back to Halong Bay mainland.
Luxury Indochine Premium Cruise will bring you back to Tuan Chau Port and say goodbye at 11:00.
Afternoon
The shuttle transportation (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from the cruise port to Hanoi Old Quarter. The drive takes around 2.5 – 3 hours to reach your hotel.

Tonkin Restaurant is the main 1st-floor restaurant of the cruise with a 350m2 area, where you will be served your main courses. Moreover, the restaurant will be used for guests’ welcome and safety rules guidance.
An Nam Restaurant
This restaurant is a 150m sub-restaurant on the 2nd deck, mainly just an option to serve groups of guests who require a private space or small events of about 40-45 pax (with an additional fee).
Cochinchine Lounge & Bar
The 380m2 3rd lounge doubles as a conference room and offers live music with impressive bay views. The main bar in the Cochinchine Lounge provides a variety of luxury wines and soft drinks. For sightseeing lovers, the open-air bar on the sundeck is recommended.

Indian Cuisine
Indochine Cruises will expand its high-class dining offerings by introducing a dedicated area for authentic Indian dishes to cater solely to our Indian guests on vacation. In addition to the regular international buffet menu, customers may now sample Indian specialties made using the best ingredients.
Groups of 6 Indians or more may notice their nationalities at least 5 days before the departure date for the best dining experience. Moreover, charter groups will have an Indian chef on board for more authentic meals.
About the beverage, two bottles of mineral water per day will be provided complementarily. Extra drinks excluded from the cruise price will be charged separately according to the price listed on the bar menu.
Alcohol drinks
The cocktails are around US $5.5 while the wine is around US $6.5 to 7.5 for each glass. Moreover, the cruise offers the option of providing wine bottles upon request, ensuring that guests’ preferences are catered to.

The bus will conveniently collect you from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. You will then be comfortably transported to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City by a shuttle bus.
Departing from Tuan Chau Port
if you are arranging your own transportation, it is important to arrive at the designated waiting station (No. 22, Block 2, Tuan Chau International Port) for Indochina Sails around 11:30.
By approximately 12:00, all guests will be transferred to the Indochine Cruise via tender for a seamless embarkation process.
