Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: At your request, our driver will pick you up (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your hotel in Hanoi and transport you to Halong Bay, a natural wonder of the world with breathtaking scenery and exquisite islands.
After 2.5 – 3 hours of traveling, around 11:45 – 12:00, you will be welcomed onboard at Tuan Chau Port – where Indochina Sails is waiting for you. Please enjoy your welcome drink while listening to the cruise briefing and safety instructions.
A deluxe Vietnamese Buffet Lunch will be served at a luxurious restaurant onboard, and you will have a chance to have a glimpse of magnificent Halong Bay.
An optional massage service (additional charge) is available after lunch. If you are interested, kindly make a reservation with the cruise manager in advance.
Afternoon
Let’s unwind and take in distinctive islets’ beautiful shapes while the lovely Indochina Sails passes Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, and Finger Islet.
Before beginning the real excursion, you will move to the tender to transfer to the journey’s first stop – Titop Island (Or Titov Island). This is one of the most attractive attractions you cannot ignore when visiting this Dragon Land.
You can take time to get to the peak of the island for a breathless view of the Wonder of the World in a unique way or immerse in the emerald water and relax on the white sand for sunbathing.
After enjoying full beach activities on Titop Island, we’ll transfer by tender for about 30 minutes to return to the Indochina Sails for the evening schedule.
Subsequently, immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Vietnam with our Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson. Learn the traditional art of carving and decorating fresh produce while creating delectable dishes that will tantalize your taste buds.
Evening
Afterward, treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience in our restaurant, where you’ll savor the authentic flavors of Vietnam.
As the evening sets in, the fun continues with a variety of exciting activities, including board games like cards and Parcheesi, or try your luck at squid fishing. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to experience the best of Vietnam!

Start your new days with coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries in the dining room, or take part in a 30-minute Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. Don’t forget to admire the incredible sunrise moment in the middle of the Heritage of the World.
Proceed with the morning itinerary by embarking on a visit to Sung Sot Cave – an awe-inspiring and substantial cavern nestled within the breathtaking expanse of Halong Bay. The special thing is that you must climb a hundred stone stairs to reach the grotto’s mouth.
After that, it’s time to return to the boat, freshen up, and pack your belongings. Please leave heavy luggage outside the cabins around 9:00 – 9:30.
While the cruise makes its way back to the port, please enjoy a delicious meal in the dining room, and then settle the bills. Relax and enjoy the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
You’ll disembark at Tuan Chau port around 11:00. Take some time to relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation to Hanoi.
Afternoon
A transfer bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will take you from Halong to a hotel in Hanoi. You’ll arrive at around 15:00. This is also the end of this trip.

8:00 – 8:30: A shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will be sent to your central Hanoi hotel to pick you up and make your way to Ha Long City.
Between 11:45 and 12:00, you’ll arrive at Tuan Chau Port and check in at the Indochina Sails. A warm welcome with a welcome drink, a cruise briefing, and safety instructions await you before you drop the luggage in your cabin.
Then, let’s relish a deluxe Vietnamese Buffet Lunch in the restaurant while this lovely boat cruises leisurely in the heart of Halong Bay.
If you’re interested in an optional massage treatment (extra fee) after lunch, please make reservations with the cruise manager.
Afternoon
Move to the tender to arrive at Titop Island. This is known as the paradise of beach activities because of its emerald and calm water with a breathless natural landscape. Besides, this land also owns one of the most beautiful beaches in Halong Bay: Vang Trang Beach (Moon Beach).
Spending about an hour on this island will give you plenty of time to climb up to the top, where you’ll be treated to a breathtaking 360-degree view of the Bay.
After that, you still have time to relax on the beach and go for a swim. Take a moment to let yourself feel all the charm of Halong Bay.
Then, we’ll travel back to Indochina Sails for 30 minutes by tender to relax.
You can participate in a captivating fruit and vegetable carving session led by our skilled head chef. Discover the art of shaping and adorning these natural wonders while also mastering the craft of crafting traditional Vietnamese delicacies.
Evening
Satisfy your appetite with a delectable dinner served in the restaurant, a feast sure to leave you content.
Engage in the evening’s entertainment options, ranging from friendly card games and Parcheesi matches to testing your fortune with a bit of squid fishing, guided by our cruise team’s expertise.

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating 30-minute Tai Chi session on the sundeck, allowing you to embrace the tranquil ambiance of the Bay while basking in the splendor of a captivating sunrise.
Head to the dining room, where a delightful light breakfast awaits, featuring a selection of tea, coffee, and breakfast pastries to energize you.
Transfer to a smaller day boat to the first stop – Dark & Bright Cave. Here, the ceiling of the cave is adorned with glistening stalactites, a sight that is certain to leave you awestruck.
Our pause at this spot will extend for an hour, allowing you to delve into the mesmerizing depths of the cave via kayaking.
The second attraction is Ba Trai Dao Beach which has three small islets that are shaped like peaches as well as is famous for their emerald waters. We’ll stay on this beach for fifty minutes to one hour for swimming and beach activities.
Then, it’s time to enjoy lunch on board mid-day while cruising back to Halong Bay to continue our trip.
Afternoon
The third stop is Pearl Farm. You’ll delve into the intricate processes of cultivating the farm, harvesting the pearls, and managing the enterprise when visiting the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum.
Following this enriching experience, we’ll return to the cruise ship via the tender, just as the vessel sets its course for the overnight anchorage.
Evening
Indulge in a delightful dinner served within the restaurant, treating yourself to a satisfying culinary experience.
For those seeking relaxation, the cruise offers massage services (additional fee) available throughout the entirety of the journey, a perfect opportunity to unwind.
Alternatively, for those with a taste for adventure, you can test your luck with squid fishing right from the boat, an activity that brings a thrill to the night.

Begin your day with a delightful spread of coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries in the welcoming dining room.
Join in the invigorating morning Tai Chi session. Don’t overlook the opportunity to bask in the breathtaking sunrise spectacle that graces the enchanting Halong Bay, infusing the start of your day with natural beauty and tranquility.
On this last day, we’ll visit Sung Sot Cave. This is the largest cave in Halong Bay. To get into this cave, you must climb over 100 steps of stairs.
Upon reaching the cave’s interior, prepare to be captivated by the enigmatic panorama that unfolds, a spectacle of thousands of sparkling limestone formations that are bound to leave you utterly amazed.
At 9:00 – 9:30, get back to the boat, you’ll have free time to freshen up, pack your belongings, and proceed to check out (Please leave heavy luggage outside the cabins).
Relish a hearty breakfast in the dining room, and take the time to settle any outstanding bills while the cruise sails back to the harbor.
Following this, allow yourself the luxury of unwinding on the sundeck, taking in the serene beauty of the bay as the cruise approaches the pier at 11:00.
Afternoon
Get transferred from Halong to Hanoi by shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee). We’ll arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter at 14:30 – 15:00. It’s the End of the tour.
