Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning

Around 8:00 – 8:30, you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or meeting point near Hanoi Opera House and then transferred to Tuan Chau Wharf by our shuttle service (book in the next step with an additional fee).

After arriving at Tuan Chau Harbor, you will be transferred to Hermes Cruises and can check into your cabins at 12:30 – 13:00.

A buffet lunch will be served at the restaurant on board while the cruise heads toward Ha Long Bay.

Afternoon

The Luon Cave will be on the itinerary, where you can enjoy kayaking or bamboo boat – one of the must-try sports activities in Halong Bay.

After that, they will head to the picturesque Titov Island, which offers stunning panoramic views of Halong Bay, perfect for swimming, taking pictures, and relaxing on the beach.

You can enjoy the Sunset Party with delicious fruits and snacks at the Hermes Sky Bar.

Happy Hour (Buy 2 get 1 free) and massage services are available to make the experience even more special. A cooking demonstration will be provided for you who are interested in learning how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.

Night

Dinner will be a European set menu, served at the restaurant on board, promising a delectable culinary experience.

Join the squid fishing activity, and there will be free time on the boat.

Morning

Early risers have the option to join a Tai Chi class while being served tea and coffee. A light breakfast is then provided.

The next destination is Sung Sot Cave, which you will explore before returning to the cruise. The cave is renowned for its vastness and intricate rock formations that adorn its interior. As you venture through the cave, they will be in awe of the diverse array of stalactites and stalagmites that have taken shape over millions of years.

After back onboard, you will have time to pack up and prepare for the check-in process at 9:30. Afterwards, you can indulge in a delicious buffet brunch during the cruise back to Tuan Chau Wharf.

Afternoon

Once the cruise arrives at Tuan Chau Wharf, guests can disembark around 10:45 – 11:00. The trip ends with a return to Hanoi Old Quarter at approximately 15:00.

Morning

Around 8:00 – 8:30, pick up guests from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House and transfer to Tuan Chau Wharf on the new highway (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor then please transfer to Hermes Cruises and check in at the waiting lounge around 11:30 – 12:00. After transport to the ship, let’s enjoy a nice buffet lunch at the restaurant while the cruise goes ahead to Ha Long Bay.

Afternoon

Visit Luon Cave and participate in kayaking, a must-try physical activity in Halong. In this water cave, you can choose a bamboo boat ride for the best sightseeing experience.

Then our next stop is to visit Titop Island. Here, you will have time to climb up to the peak mount, admire the beautiful panorama view of Halong Bay, or swim, take pictures, and relax on the beach.

Enjoy the Sunset Party at the Hermes Sky Bar. You can bask in the beauty of the sun as it sets over the stunning Halong Bay while enjoying a selection of delicious fruits and snacks.

Morning

In early sunrise, participate in a Tai Chi class or enjoy tea and coffee on the sundeck.

Start your day off with a satisfying and nutritious breakfast. A light breakfast will be served, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary needs.

Board a small dayboat and transfer to Lan Ha Bay, formed by the archipelago of Cat Ba Island. Stop at the Dark & Bright Caves area for kayaking for an hour and a half.

Enjoy lunch on the boat.

Afternoon

Move to Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches Beaches) for swimming and relaxation on a white sandy beach for an hour and fifteen minutes.

You will visit Me Cung Cave, which is an attractive destination of Halong Bay, located on Lom Bo Island, about 25m above sea level and 2km southwest of Titop Island.

Back to the boat and transfer to the overnight cruises to enjoy a sunset party with fruits and snacks at Hermes Sky Bar. An optional massage service is available.

After 1 hour, please join a cooking demonstration with our talented chef to make some spring rolls which is a traditional cuisine of Vietnam. We hope that you will enjoy and love this class.

After that, please get a set menu dinner which is blended with Asian and European food.

Night

An amazing activity that most guests desire is joining the squid fishing activity. Based on seasons, sometimes you may catch crabs instead of squids. However, just get your interesting time under the crew’s guidance.

After that, you cruise and visit the Sung Sot Cave. This cave is known for its beauty and has been a popular tourist destination for many years. It is also known as the “Surprising Cave” due to its impressive size and intricate rock formations inside.

Back onboard, you will have time to pack your luggage and check out at approximately 9:30. During the sail to Tuan Chau Wharf, enjoy a buffet brunch.

Afternoon

You will disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor at mid-day. The time to arrive in Hanoi is approximately 15:00.
