The company’s car and guide will pick you up at hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, The Sinh Tourist office at 91 Thuoc Bac, and the Hanoi Opera House. Depart for Halong [If you booked the cruise’s transfer service].
10:30 – 10:45 | Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh Expressway
Travel for 2.5 hours on the expressway. The car will stop at a rest area for about 20 minutes, where you can relax freely.
11:30 – 11:45 | Welcome Aboard the Cruise
Arrive at Tuan Chau International Passenger Port. Welcome to Halong Heritage. You will be served welcome drinks and cold towels upon boarding the cruise.
12:00 – 13:15 | Buffet Lunch on the Cruise
Enjoy a buffet lunch in the luxurious restaurant with special seafood dishes from Halong Bay. The cruise sets sail and takes you to the most beautiful spots in Halong Bay, such as Stone Dog Islet, Incense Burner Islet, and Fighting Cock Islet. You can take photos to capture beautiful moments here. The cruise then continues to Surprise Cave.
13:30 – 14:15 | Visit Surprise Cave
Explore Surprise Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in the Halong Bay cave system.
14:30 – 15:15 | Kayaking or Bamboo Boat at Luon Cave
Visit Luon Cave by kayaking or sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals, passing through a small cave to discover a secluded area surrounded by limestone mountains. If you’re lucky, you might spot some monkeys foraging here.
15:30 – 16:30 | Visit Titop Island
You can enjoy playing on the beach, swimming, walking up to the top of Titop Island to take beautiful photos with the natural scenery of the sea, sky, and limestone mountains, or stay on the boat to relax in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the stunning beauty of Halong Bay.
16:45 | Sunset Party
Join a small party with tea, fruit juice, fresh fruit, and pastries served for free while watching the sunset. This will be one of the most memorable moments of your trip.
17:45 – 18:00 | Return to Port: Tuan Chau – Hanoi
The cruise docks at Tuan Chau port, and a limousine will take you back to Hanoi.
20:15 – 20:30 | Arrive in Hanoi
Arrive in Hanoi, ending the Halong Bay 1-day tour [Heritage Luxury Cruise]. The guide will return you to your hotel in the Old Quarter. Farewell and see you again!

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
