9:00 – 11:30 | Via the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh expressway, the journey will take approximately 2.5 hours. The vehicle will stop for a 20-minute break where you can relax.
11:45 – 12:15 | Arrive at Tuan Chau Port and check in. The cruise will depart to explore the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you will visit famous spots like Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, and admire the majestic limestone islands.
12:30 | Enjoy a buffet lunch at the luxurious restaurant on board, featuring a variety of traditional dishes and seafood specialties from Ha Long Bay.
13:30 | The guide will take you to explore Sung Sot Cave – the largest and most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
14:45 | The boat will move to Luon Cave, where you can participate in kayaking or bamboo boat activities.
15:45 | Titop Island is where you can swim, relax on the sandy beach, or climb the 400 stone steps to the summit. From the top, you can enjoy panoramic views of Ha Long Bay, with its countless limestone peaks emerging from the emerald waters.
16:30 | After these activities, return to the boat to relax and watch the sunset. Enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea with tea, fresh fruit juices, pastries, and seasonal fruit. This is the time to capture beautiful moments of the heritage site.
17:45 – 18:00 | The boat will return to Tuan Chau International Port. You will board the vehicle back to Hanoi (If you are staying in Ha Long, the guide will bid you farewell and the tour will end here).
20:30 – 21:00 | Arrive in Hanoi and conclude the 1-day Ha Long tour [Hercules Luxury Cruise]. The guide will drop you off at your hotel in the Old Quarter, say goodbye, and see you next time!

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Each booking is allowed only 1 free child under 4 years old (below 1.2m); additional children will be charged at 50% of the adult price. - Children from 4 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult price. Each booking is allowed only 1 child at 75% off; additional children will be charged as adults.
