English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel around the Old Quarter area.

9:00 – 11:30| BUS JOURNEY & SHORT BREAK
Start two and a haft hours road journey to Quang Ninh Province via express way. Quick stop over for stretching your legs on the way.

11:45 – 12:15| BOARDING THE CRUISE
Arriving at Tuan Chau Island and entering the private waiting lounge to board the Halong Sonata Cruise, you begin your enchanting 6-hour journey through the scenic 2-day sleeper cruise route, renowned for its stunning, uninhabited islets and rock formations. A buffet-style lunch will be served on board.

13:30| VISITING THE SURPRISING CAVE
Explore Sung Sot Cave – The longest, biggest and the most beautiful grotto of Ha Long Bay.

14:45| KAYAKING OR BAMBOO BOAT EXPLORE LUON CAVE
The boat will move to Luon Cave area – a water cave for kayaking or rowing bamboo boat or just stay on board for relaxing.

15:45| VISITING TITOV ISLAND [SWIMMING OR HIKING] Visiting Titop island for swimming or hiking to the Titop peak for taking photos with panoramic view of the bay.

16:30| SUNSET PARTY WITH LIVE TRADITIONAL MUSIC
Returning to the ship for a Sunset Party, enjoying a Live Traditional Music Performance as the ship cruises back to Tuan Chau Harbor. You will have great time to chill out with friends on Upper deck with unforgettable moments.

17:45 – 18:00| Back to Tuan Chau Port. Get on bus back to Hanoi

20:30 – 21:00| HOTEL DROP

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children aged 1 to 4: Free for 1 child with 2 adults (sitting on the same seat with parents, second child is charged 50% of the adult price. If the child is over 1.2m tall, parents must pay for the additional ticket cost)
