The guide and vehicle will pick up guests from all hotels in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Please note: due to traffic conditions in the area, the company will try to organize the pick-up as early as possible within the specified time frame. Guests are requested to wait in the hotel lobby from 7:00 AM. [If you have booked the cruise’s transfer service]
9:45-10:00 | Boarding the Cruise:
After a 2-hour drive, guests will have a short rest at the Halong Bay cruise terminal. The Ha Long Symphony Cruise will welcome guests aboard with a warm reception from the professional and friendly crew to start the exploration of Halong Bay, a World Natural Heritage Site.
10:00-11:30 | Scenic Cruise:
The Ha Long Symphony Cruise will take guests on a journey to explore the poetic beauty and grandeur of Halong Bay. From the cruise, guests will see hundreds of limestone islands in various shapes, surrounded by emerald green waters, all creating a stunning picture that can touch even the coldest of hearts.
11:30-12:30 | Visit to Sung Sot Cave:
Guests will disembark the cruise with the guide to explore Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. From the first steps leading into the cave, guests will feel the unique beauty and mystique created by nature. The guide will share interesting and useful information about the destination, adding flavor to the heritage journey.
12:30-13:45 | Lunch on the Cruise:
After visiting Sung Sot Cave, guests will enjoy a buffet lunch or set menu (buffet for groups of 30 or more) on the cruise.
13:45-14:30 | Visit to Luon Cave [Additional Fee for Kayak/Boat: 5.00 USD/Guest]:
After lunch, guests will continue the exploration by boat or kayak to visit Luon Cave. This cave is about 40 meters long and opens into a peaceful and secluded valley.
14:30-15:15 | Visit to Ti Top Island:
After visiting Luon Cave, guests will head to Ti Top Island. This small island was chosen as a stop during President Ho Chi Minh’s visit with Soviet cosmonaut Gherman Stepanovich Titov on November 22, 1962. In honor of this event and to strengthen Vietnam-Soviet friendship, the island was named Ti Top by President Ho.
Guests will have 45 minutes to relax, swim in the clear waters, or trek to the top of Ti Top Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
15:15-17:00 | Sunset Tea Party:
Guests will return to the cruise to enjoy a sunset tea party while sailing back to the terminal.
17:00 | Return to Halong International Terminal:
The cruise will return to Halong International Terminal. Guests will board the vehicle for the journey back to Hanoi. (For those staying overnight in Halong, the guide will bid farewell, concluding the bay tour.)
19:30-20:00 | Arrival in Hanoi:
The vehicle will return to Hanoi, concluding the Halong Bay 1-Day Tour [Ha Long Symphony Cruise]. The guide will drop guests off at their hotel in the Old Quarter. Farewell and see you again!

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
