8:15–8:50: Pickup from hotels in the Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House area. Departure for Halong Bay via the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Tuan Chau expressway [If you book the cruise’s transport].

12:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Port, welcome aboard the 5-Star Excursion Luxury Cruise by the crew. Enjoy a welcome orange juice and begin your journey exploring Halong Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

12:30: Enjoy a special buffet lunch with over 30 different dishes on the boat. As you dine, take in the views of Halong Bay with its thousands of islands from the restaurant on board. Spot iconic landmarks such as Dog Stone, Cock Fighting Rock, and Incense Burner Rock.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, known for its stunning stalactites and stalagmites.

14:45: Experience kayaking or a bamboo boat ride to explore Luon Cave.

15:15: Arrive at Ti Top Island. Relax on the white sandy beach or hike to the top of Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

15:45: Return to the boat for a sunset party with jasmine tea, wine, fruit, and cakes while enjoying the sunset over the bay. Relax as the boat returns to Tuan Chau Port.

17:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Port and transfer back to Hanoi.

20:30–21:00: Arrival in Hanoi – end of the 1-day Halong Bay tour [Excursion Luxury Cruise]. Farewell and see you again!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
