The guide and vehicle will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, The Sinh Tourist Office at 91 Thuoc Bac, and the Hanoi Opera House. Departure for Halong [if you have booked the boat transfer].
10:30 – 10:45 | Journey on Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh Expressway
Travel time is approximately 2.5 hours with a 20-minute rest stop for relaxation.
11:30 – 11:45 | Welcome Aboard
Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port. Welcome aboard Phong Hai Cruise, where you will be greeted with a welcome drink and a cold towel.
12:00 – 13:15 | Lunch on the Cruise
Enjoy a luxurious seafood lunch while the cruise starts its journey, showcasing Halong Bay’s scenic spots such as Chicken Rock, Incense Burner Rock, and the Fighting Cocks. Capture beautiful moments with your camera. The boat will then proceed to Surprise Cave.
13:30 – 14:15 | Visit Surprise Cave
Explore Surprise Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay’s cave system.
14:30 – 15:15 | Kayak or Bamboo Boat Tour at Luon Cave
Discover Luon Cave by kayaking or taking a bamboo boat paddled by locals. Explore a small cave and a unique area surrounded by limestone mountains. You might spot some monkeys foraging in the area.
15:30 – 16:30 | Visit Ti Top Island
Enjoy swimming on the beach, or hike to the top of Ti Top Island for stunning views of the bay’s natural beauty, including the sea, sky, and limestone peaks. Alternatively, relax on the boat and enjoy the spectacular views of Halong Bay.
16:45 | Sunset Party
Join a small party with tea, fruit juices, fruits, and pastries served for free while watching the sunset. This moment is likely to be one of the most memorable of your trip.
17:45 – 18:00 | Return to Port: Tuan Chau – Hanoi
The cruise docks at Tuan Chau Port. Limousine service will take you back to Hanoi.
20:15 – 20:30 | Arrival in Hanoi
Return to Hanoi, concluding your 1-day Halong Tour [Excursion Deluxe Cruise]. The guide will drop you off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. Farewell and see you again!

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
