Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

- The 2-day-1-night package encompasses a total of 04 meals, including 01 buffet lunch, 01 set menu dinner, 01 light breakfast, and 01 buffet brunch.
- The 3-day-2-night package offers a broader culinary experience with a total of 07 meals. These include 02 buffet or set menu lunches, 02 set menu dinners, 02 breakfasts (01 light breakfast included), and 01 buffet brunch.

For the beverage, two bottles of mineral water per day will be provided complementary. Extra drinks excluded from the cruise price will be charged separately according to the price listed on the bar menu.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port
On the other hand, if you have arranged your transportation, it is crucial to arrive at the designated waiting station, Lot 24, Tuan Chau International Port, around 11:30. This ensures that you are in the right place for your Elite of the Seas Cruise experience.
Around 12:00, all guests will be seamlessly transferred to the Elite of the Seas Cruise via tender, ensuring a smooth embarkation process for everyone.
