Itinerary

07:45-08:30: Pickup from central Hanoi hotels and the Opera House. Depart for Halong Bay via the new Hanoi – Hai Phong – Halong expressway. [If you have booked the boat transfer]

11:45-12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port. Gather at the waiting area to receive tickets and board the Cruise. The boat begins the journey exploring Halong Bay, passing by famous islands like the Fighting Cock Island and the Dog Stone Island. Enjoy lunch on the boat.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island and visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Afterward, enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat ride to explore Luon Cave. Next, the boat moves to Titop Island. You can swim at Titop Beach or trek up to the peak of Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: Return to the boat. The boat will head back to the port. Enjoy afternoon tea, sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, and relax, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of Halong Bay.

17:30 – 18:00: Arrive back at Tuan Chau Port. Transfer back to Hanoi.

20:30 – 21:00: Arrive in Hanoi, and the car will take you back to the original pickup point. End of the Halong Bay 1 Day Tour. We look forward to seeing you again!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children aged 1 to 4: Free for 1 child with 2 adults (sitting on the same seat with parents, second child is charged 50% of the adult price. If the child is over 1.2m tall, parents must pay for the additional ticket cost)
