10:00 – 10:15 | Rest Stop on the Way
You can relax and have a light snack at the rest stop if you haven’t had breakfast (our driver also needs a coffee), and use the public restroom before continuing the journey!
11:30 – 11:45 | Welcome Onboard
Upon arrival at Lot 26, Tuan Chau Tourist Port, our staff will greet you and welcome you aboard. You will be served a welcome drink and given some essential information before starting the cruise.
12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch on the Cruise
Our talented chefs will serve you delicious dishes, paired with visually stunning cocktails, fine wines, and beers. The bar is open for additional drink orders.
Drinks served during meals are included, while other drinks (not specified) will incur additional charges.
14:00 – 14:45 | Kayaking or Bamboo Boat Tour to Bright and Dark Caves
Explore Bright Cave by kayaking or riding a bamboo boat paddled by local fishermen. Bright and Dark Caves serve as a gateway between Lan Ha’s sea and sky, with a 100m-long cave passing through mountains, with the cave floor submerged and the ceiling above the water. You will discover a unique area surrounded by majestic limestone peaks.
15:00 – 15:45 | Beach Time at Ao Ech – Lan Ha Bay
Enjoy floating on inflatable devices, sliding on the slide, swimming, or relaxing on the boat while admiring the stunning beauty of Lan Ha Bay. Experience the spectacular scenery and the natural wonder of this world heritage site.
16:00 | Cooking Class
Learn about the history of one of Vietnam’s most famous traditional dishes – “Fresh Spring Rolls”. From fresh ingredients to preparation methods and enjoying the results of your own handiwork.
16:30 | Sunset Tea Party
Join a small tea party with tea, fruit, and pastries served free of charge while watching the sunset. This will be one of the most memorable moments of your trip. A vivid scene with beautiful colors covering the sky. Enjoy this valuable time as the boat heads back to Tuan Chau Port.
17:45 – 18:00 | Return to Port and Transfer Back to Hanoi
Arrive at Tuan Chau Port, then board the bus and return to Hanoi via the highway. On the way back, we will have a short rest stop on the route to Hanoi.
20:00 – 20:30 | Drop-off in Hanoi

Note: On weekends, some streets are pedestrian-only, so our bus will drop you at the nearest and most suitable pick-up and drop-off point in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Each booking is allowed only 1 free child under 4 years old (below 1.2m); additional children will be charged at 50% of the adult price. - Children from 4 to 10 years old: 75% of the adult price. Each booking is allowed only 1 child at 75% off; additional children will be charged as adults.
- Children from 11 years old and above: 100% of the adult price.
