Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• Children below 4 years old is F.O.C sharing room with parents. In case the parent’s room has 02 children under 4 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the price of 1 adult.

• 2 Child from 4 – under 12 share a private room: 80% adult rate.

Noon:

Arrive to Bhaya Cruise Centre at Tuan Chau Island at noon. Board the boat. Enjoy welcome drinks and a quick briefing of the itinerary and safety information by Cruise Manager.

Afternoon:

Return to boat and enjoy Happy Hour or cooking demonstration on board.Cooking demonstration with traditional Vietnamese food on the sundeck (in the restaurant if weather does not allow). At 17:00, the bar opens for Happy Hour “Buy one get one free” and complimentary snacks The boat cruises back through the bay to its overnight anchorage in Ho Dong Tien area.

Evening:

Sumptuous set menu dinner will be served in the restaurant. Free time or squid fishing at reception, or relaxing at the bar.

Early start for a Tai Chi demonstration on the sundeck; tea and coffee are available at 6:15 am. Then light breakfast will be served in the restaurant. At 7:30 am, visit Surprising Cave – the largest cave with over 10,000sqm in size. Back to main boat for check out. Brunch will be served in the restaurant at 9:30 am while the boat heads back to the harbor. Cruise disembark at around 10:30 am. Trip ends.

Return to boat and enjoy Happy Hour or cooking demonstration on board.Cooking demonstration with traditional Vietnamese food on the sundeck (in the restaurant if weather does not allow). The boat cruises back through the bay to its overnight anchorage.

Evening:

Get up early for Tachi morning class on the Sundeck and light breakfast for the start of an exciting day. Transfer to day boat – Bhaya Spirit. Visit Luon Cave by a rowing boat and Cua Van Fishing Village – one of the most ancient villages in Halong Bay.

Noon:

Lunch is served on the day boat. Access Trinh Nu Cave. Enjoy kayaking around the pristine beach and admire the serene scenery here.

Evening

Dinner is served in the restaurant. Free time or squid fishing at reception, or relaxing at the bar.

• Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
  • The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

About Bhaya Premium Cruise

Bhaya Classic Premium Cruise was launched in April 2015, featuring small and intimate boat that places a strong focus on privacy and luxury. The cruise has anywhere between 3 and 7 cabins allowing small group or couples on honeymoon to enjoy extra care from staff.

All cabins have balcony and have average size of 20 sqm. Triple cabin is available allowing family with children or group of 3 friends to find more option to stay. Connecting cabins are available on request.
