Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning

8:00 – 8:30: Pick-up time for those who book the transfer service at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (excluded from cruise’s price). Moving through the expressway and arriving at Tuan Chau Marina in 2.5 hours.

11:45 – 12:00: Arrive at the pier. From here, you will transfer by tender to Aspira Cruise.

Time to get on board. You will be served a welcome drink with a cold towel. Listen to a cruise briefing about safety instructions before checking in to your cabin.

We will set sail for Lan Ha Bay, and you will have lunch in the restaurant while enjoying the beauty of the limestone islands on your way.

Afternoon

Arrive at Dark & Bright Cave, where you can go kayaking or get on a bamboo boat. Sailing on the water, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the peace between the sea, sky, and mountains will be a fantastic feeling you will never forget.

Then return to the boat. You can swim near the ship to wind down in your free time. Admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin in the seasonal Jacuzzi, or join a Sunset party and enjoy our Happy Hour Deal from 17:30 to 18:30.

You may also join a traditional cooking class or have the massage service available onboard (Please book directly with the Cruise Manager). Especially, the cruises have fitness centers on high decks with panoramic views that are always free to use.

Evening

A great dining experience awaits you in the restaurant on board.

After that, you can enjoy the bay’s landscape at night on the top deck, visit the bar for drinks, try your luck at squid fishing, watch a movie, and relax in your room.

Morning

Wake up early to start your day with Tai Chi class or watch the magnificent sunrise on the top deck.

You can exercise in the gym, an excellent place for a fantastic bay view. Light breakfast is served in the restaurant afterward.

It’s time to explore Lan Ha Bay, one of Vietnam’s most beautiful natural bays. Spend your leisure time kayaking around the Tra Bau Area and witnessing the stunning scenery of the limestone mountains here.

Return the boat and check out the cabin around 9:30. Then have brunch in the restaurant while the ship sails back to the pier. We will settle the bill at the end of the trip.

10:30 – 11:00: Guests move to the tender boat and return to the port, then disembark.

Afternoon

If a transfer to Hanoi is required, wait for your driver at the waiting lounge, then return to your hotel.

15:00: Arrive at Hanoi Old Quarter. End of the trip!

Morning

8:00 – 8:30: Time to pick up guests who book the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee) at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.

11:30 – 12:00: Visit Aspira’s waiting lounge in Tuan Chau Marina. You will get on the tender to transfer to Aspira Cruise from here. Get on board and enjoy a welcome drink. Listen to the cruise briefing, where you will be given safety instructions before entering your cabin.

The Aspira boat starts cruising to the magnificent Lan Ha Bay. Have lunch in our restaurant and admire the breathtaking landscape while enjoying your meal.

Afternoon

Travel to the unique Dark & Bright Cave, with two different caverns on the water. To explore it, guests will kayak or ride a rowboat. Let’s get lost in nature, admiring the lush flora and breathing in the area’s fresh air.

Afterward, guests can return to the vessel and swim near the ship to unwind.

In the late afternoon, Sunset Party and Happy Hour from 17:30 to 18:30 is the ideal time to sip cocktails and tea while watching the stunning sunset on the bay.

You can also soak in the Jacuzzi on the sundeck, visit the fitness room, or join a Vietnamese cooking class to make delicious Spring Rolls.

NOTE: You can contact the cruise manager to book the massage service, which is available onboard.

Evening

Having a pleasant dining experience in the restaurant, then have leisure time.

Feel free to spend the night: relaxing with romantic ballad music, having drinks at the bar, trying squid fishing, enjoying a spa treatment, and relaxing in your room.

Morning

Start a wonderful day with morning Tai Chi exercises on the sundeck, or use our gym facilities.

Enjoy breakfast with a menu including sandwiches, pastries, eggs, ham, sausage, and more. Let’s fulfill the energy for a day full of enjoyable outdoor activities.

Get on a smaller day boat to the tranquil Viet Hai Village, located in the valley of Cat Ba National Park with many kast mountains.

Spend the morning discovering this pristine village. You can get on a bicycle or electric car and sightsee the beautiful scenery with rice fields, buffalos, mountains, etc. Let’s stroll around the village, interact with locals, and visit the children’s school.

Back to the tender boat for a nice lunch, then have a short rest.

Afternoon

The boats will take you further to Lan Ha Bay, directly going to the pretty Ba Trai Dao Beach – a famous attraction for beach-related activities.

Here, guests can go kayak and explore the beautiful landscape. You can also lazily sunbathe on the white sandy beach and swim in the crystal-clear water of the area.

The day boat will take visitors back to the main cruise and travel to the overnight anchor area in Tra Bau. Time to relax on the sundeck and enjoy the breathtaking sunset of the bay after a long day.

Afterward, you can join the cooking class, and Happy Hour or enjoy drinks while soaking in the jacuzzi on board.

Evening

Go to the restaurant to fill your stomach with a flavorful dinner.

After the meal, have free time to relax. You may drink at the bar, do squid fishing, enjoy a massage session, or simply rest in your cozy room.

For photo lovers, don’t miss the chance to witness the marvelous sunrise on the sundeck. Then, guests can join a Tai Chi class or visit the fitness to exercise.

Enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant and prepare for the excursion in the lovely Lan Ha Bay.

You will have leisure time to kayak around the Tra Bau Area and explore the fantastic limestone islands of the bay by yourself. Let’s take some pretty pictures on your last day here.

Get back on the boat for refreshments before packing your luggage and checking out your cabin around 9:30.

Afterward, have brunch in the restaurant while the boat sails back to the pier (the bill will be settled at the end of the trip).

10:30 – 11:00: Time to get on the tender boat and return to the port. Guests disembark and arrive at Lot 36B Tuan Chau Marina. Get on the transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee) and return to Hanoi.

Afternoon

Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater at approximately 15:00. End of the service!
