8:00 – 8:45 | Pick-up: Hanoi – Tuan Chau

Our car and guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, The Sinh Tourist Office at 91 Thuoc Bac, and Hanoi Opera House. Departure for Halong [If you book the cruise’s transfer service].

10:30 – 10:45 | Travel to Halong

Travel along the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh highway, a 2.5-hour journey with a 20-minute rest stop for relaxation.

11:30 – 11:45 | Welcome Aboard

Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port, where you will be greeted and served with a welcome drink and a cold towel upon boarding Apollo Premium Cruise.

12:00 – 13:15 | Lunch on Board

Enjoy a lunch at the luxurious restaurant featuring exquisite seafood from Halong Bay. The cruise begins and takes you to scenic spots like Chicken Island, Incense Burner Island, and the Kissing Rocks. Capture beautiful moments with your camera. The cruise then continues to Surprise Cave.

13:30 – 14:15 | Visit Surprise Cave

Explore Surprise Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.

14:30 – 15:15 | Kayaking or Bamboo Boat Ride at Luon Cave

Explore Luon Cave by kayaking or taking a bamboo boat ride. Navigate through a small cave and discover the secluded area surrounded by limestone mountains. You might spot some monkeys foraging around.

15:30 – 16:30 | Visit Titov Island

Relax on the sandy beach, swim, or hike up to Titov Peak for stunning views of the bay’s natural beauty: sea, sky, and limestone peaks. Alternatively, stay on the boat to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay.

16:45 | Sunset Party

Join a small party with tea, fruit, and pastries while enjoying the sunset. This will be one of the most memorable moments of your trip.

17:45 – 18:00 | Return to Port: Tuan Chau – Hanoi

The cruise docks at Tuan Chau Port. Transfer back to Hanoi.

20:15 – 20:30 | Arrival in Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi, concluding the Halong Bay 1-Day Tour [Apollo Premium Cruise]. The guide will drop you off at your hotel in the Old Quarter. Farewell and see you again!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
