Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
The shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick you up from 8:00 to 8:30 at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or the meeting point near Hanoi Opera House.
11:00 – 11:45: Please proceed to check in at the Ambassador’s Lounge, the 1st floor of Halong International Cruise Port, where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea or coffee.
Passengers will be transferred to the ship at Gia Luan Pier via speedboat. A brief welcome briefing will take place at either the Piano Lounge or the restaurant.
Relish a delightful lunch while marveling at the stunning views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
Afternoon
The first excursion will take you to Viet Hai Fishing Village – a serene and culturally significant place. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the daily life of the locals and visit fish lakes, bee houses, and ancient houses.
Let’s take time to indulge in a fish foot massage, the best way to release stress in this area.
For those not joining the excursion, homemade cakes will be served at the Piano Lounge. Alternatively, you can choose to stay onboard and enjoy pampering at the spa (additional fee) or relax on the sundeck.
As the sun sets, passengers attend a cooking class or indulge in Happy Hour with Canapes at the lounge or on the sundeck (depending on weather conditions).
Evening
We will serve a premium dinner at the restaurant (dress code: formal/semi-formal/smart casual).
After that, you can enjoy drinks and live music at the Piano Lounge, indulge in a spa treatment, watch movies in your cabin, or try squid fishing.

Morning
Begin your day by participating in a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge. Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and fresh cakes at the Piano Lounge.
Embark on an exploration of Dark & Bright Cave. This unique cave takes the shape of a frog’s jaw and showcases magnificent sparkling stalactites of various sizes and shapes on its arched ceiling.
The cave leads to a serene lake surrounded by limestone cliffs. Guests have the option to kayak or take a bamboo boat rowed by locals to admire the interior of the cave (passengers can choose one of these two activities free of charge).
A full breakfast will be served at the restaurant. Following that, from 09:30 – 09:45, settle your bills and proceed to check out at the reception on the first deck.
10:15 – 10:30, after disembarking from the Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred back to Halong International Cruise Port via speedboat.
Afternoon
The driver will transport you by shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) from the cruise port to Hanoi Old Quarter and arrive at approximately 15:00.

You can choose between kayaking by yourself and taking a bamboo boat rowed by locals, both of which are free.
Back onboard with a satisfying full breakfast, you will be transferred to Cat Ba Island by bus after that.
Immerse yourself in the wonders of Trung Trang Cave, one of the largest caves within the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve. This cave stretches 300 meters through the mountain and showcases a multitude of stalactites in various intriguing shapes.
Savor a delightful lunch after visiting the cave to refill your energy.
Afternoon
Venture into Cat Ba National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and biosphere reserve in Northern Vietnam, home to a diverse and precious ecosystem of flora and fauna.

The lower deck contains the Spa with 18 Ambassador Balcony Cabins space of 28m2 (also have 2 Connecting Rooms).
The main deck is where you can find 17 Executive Ambassador Balcony Cabins (28m2) with 4 rooms are the Connecting one for families. Besides, there are 2 Ambassador Balcony Suites and 2 Captain’s View Ambassador Suites, all large 35m2 best for luxury seekers.
The salon deck is spent on the Restaurant and the Piano Lounge.
The sundeck is applied with sunbathing chairs and tables for guests to chill in the whole sky view.

Cycle in Viet Hai Village
