Itinerary
- Program 1: 7-hour visit to the bay (Route 2) – Shared tour available daily
- Program 2: 4-hour dinner & sightseeing in Bai Chay – Shared cruise available daily
06:00 – 06:30 | Shuttle bus picks up guests from Hanoi’s Old Quarter and 49 Hai Bà Trưng for transfer to Ha Long [For those who book the cruise’s transfer]. Alternatively, guests can self-transfer to the Ambassador Cruise check-in area at Tầng 1, Nhà ga – Cảng tàu khách quốc tế Hạ Long from 08:00.
08:00 – 08:45 | Check-in and board the Ambassador II.
09:00 – 10:00 | Enjoy a light breakfast on board while taking in the majestic scenery of Ha Long and Bai Tu Long bays.
10:00 – 11:30 | Explore the stunning Sung Sot Cave, known for its vast stalactites and unique rock formations.
11:30 – 12:30 | Visit Titov Island for swimming and scenic views, with a beach resembling a crescent moon and panoramic views from the peak.
12:00 – 14:00 | Delight in a gourmet lunch at the luxurious restaurant as the cruise navigates through the impressive limestone formations of Ha Long Bay.
13:30 – 14:30 | Visit Luon Cave, featuring a picturesque arch and tranquil natural beauty. Optional activities include rowing a local boat or kayaking* (extra charge applies).
14:30 – 16:00 | Participate in a cooking class on the restaurant’s 4th floor or enjoy live music on the sundeck (except Mondays) as the cruise returns to port.
16:00 | Arrival back at the port. Farewell and see you on your next adventure.

18:00 – 21:00: The cruise sails along the bay adjacent to the mainland to witness the glittering lights of Halong City and the colorful LED Bai Chay Bridge at night.
18:00 – 19:30: Indulge in a lavish feast featuring Asian and European delicacies at luxurious restaurants.
19:30 – 21:00: Enliven your night with fascinating entertainment performances at the 4th-floor Sundeck of the cruise.
20:30: Enjoy Ambassador’s special firework show on the sundeck.
21:00: Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port.

- Free Wi-Fi: Available in the dining area and reception.
- Transportation: 600,000 VND per person for round-trip transfer between Hanoi and Ha Long in a 35/45-seat vehicle.
- Kayak Rental: 460,000 VND per kayak for 2 people.

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
