If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

08:00 – 08:30: If you book the transfer service (book in the next step with additional fee), our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, and then depart for Halong Bay.
Arrive at the cruise’s waiting lounge in Halong International Cruise Port around 10:30 – 11:15, do the check-in process, then get on the tender to reach the Ambassador Cruise.
Once onboard, the crew will welcome you warmly. Listen to a short cruise briefing while sipping our special welcome drink before entering your cabin.
Savor a delicious buffet lunch and admire the majestic view of the Natural Wonders while the boat passes through Halong Bay.
Afternoon
Begin your wonderful journey at Luon Cave, where tourists can kayak or have a rowing boat tour (additional charge) to explore the self-contained lake inside a closed arch-shaped mountain.
Stop at Titop Island, known as one of “the shinest pearls” of Halong Bay. You can immerse yourself in the turquoise water. Or else, spend time hiking to the peak of this island and grasp the marvelous view of the bay.
Optional: For guests who don’t want to go sightseeing, you can stay onboard for a relaxing Spa treatment or enjoy the Homemade cakes at the Piano Louge.
After an engaging excursion, return to the cruise to relax. Enjoy the pre-dinner cocktails and Canapes on the sundeck to admire the stunning sunset, or relax with melodies of live music at the Piano Louge.
Ambassador Cruise will anchor overnight at sundown.

Begin your new day with a Tai Chi session in the outstanding sunrise. Visit the restaurant for a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastries later.
Explore the famous Sung Sot Cave, the largest and the most magnificent Cave in Halong Bay, featuring marvelous and mysterious thousand-year-old stalactites and stalagmites in various unique shapes.
After discovering the stunning cave, return to the cruise, where a buffet brunch awaits you.
Let’s spend the last moments admiring the majestic scenery while the boat sails back to the harbor. Bill settlement and check-out procedures are at the reception on the first deck around 9:30.
10:15 – 10:30: We’ll disembark at the Halong International Cruise Port. Farewell to the crew members, and wait for the pick-up service.
Afternoon
If you book our service transfer (additional fee, not included), a shuttle bus will pick you up and transfer you back to your hotel in Hanoi.

For guests who use the transfer package (book separately with a surcharge), a bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 08:00 – 08:30 and then go to Halong Bay International Harbor.
10:30 – 11:15: Arrive at the Ambassador’s lounge in Halong International Cruise Port for check-in. Afterward, you will reach the main boat by tender.
Embark on the cruise. Sip your welcome drink and listen to the cruise briefing and safety instructions before entering your room.
Have a buffet lunch and admire the magnificent scenery of numerous majestic islets from the restaurant while cruising to Halong Bay.
Afternoon
Begin the excursion to Luon Cave. This is a unique cave featuring a self-contained lake inside a closed, arch-shaped mountain. You can experience sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by a local or kayaking (additional charge).
The second stop is Titop Island. This beautiful island has a pretty beach that resembles a crescent moon. Let’s immerse ourselves in the emerald water or sunbathe here. Or else admire a panoramic bay view by hiking to the mountaintop.
Optional: If you don’t want to follow the schedule, you may stay onboard to relax with a spa treatment or enjoy the homemade cakes at the Piano Louge.
Return to the cruise to relax in the late afternoon. This is a perfect time to immerse yourself in the beautiful sunset and enjoy drinks with happy hour deals.

Return to the Ambassador cruise to check out at 9:30 – 9:45, then have brunch and relax onboard while the cruise comes back to the port.
Start the excursion on land to visit Quang Ninh Museum, where you have the chance to learn about local history, culture, relics, and legends in Ha Long.
11:30 – 11:50: It’s time to come back to the waiting lounge at Halong International Cruise Port to check in for Ambassador Signature.
Transfer by speedboat to the mooring point (Gia Luan Port) and embark on another overnight cruise.
Afternoon
You will listen to a brief introduction and safety guidelines, then have lunch at the restaurant onboard.
The first stop is Viet Hai Village, a peacefully rural village with a unique traditional culture. Here, you can explore the local life, visit antique houses, and relax with a fish massage.
After an active day, we’ll return to the Ambassador Signature Cruise to relax, witness the glamorous sunset on the twin sundecks, and sip cocktails in hand.

Evening

10:15 – 10:30: Say farewell to the crew members and disembark at the Halong Harbour. You can wait for your driver at the waiting lounge.

The restaurant on the 3rd is impressively large with a size of 288m2 and a capacity of up to 120 people. With the floor-to-ceiling windows, everyone can enjoy premium meals while viewing the majestic Halong Bay.
Jacuzzi Pool
Stay at the rear of the 4th deck, this open-air Jacuzzi is a wonderful spot to unwind and witness the magnificent scenery. Moreover, you can relax on the soft sun loungers and sofa next to the pool after swimming and take pretty pictures.
Spa treatment
With up to 06 spa rooms in the basement on board, Atelier De Beaute is an ideal place for guests to wind down. This spa uses 100% Sothys Paris products and promises great relaxing moments.
Piano Lounge

After a two-day, one-night inspection trip, I highly suggest Ambassador Cruise to anybody looking for a 5-star cruise experience. This luxury vessel with 5 broad decks and high capacity is a fantastic choice for big groups and couples.
Foods & Drinks: 9.3/10
Overall, the dining experience on this cruise was fine, the menu is diverse with many dishes. The food is generally good but not outstanding. Given the high capacity of the cruise, it was quite chaotic during the meal.
Pros
- Delicious & fresh seafood, especially high-class Lobster.
- There are two set menus for dinner so guests have more options.
- The only cruise with Indian menus made by Indian chef.
Cons
- The dining room can be crowded and noisy at the beginning of mealtime.

The 2-day journey was pleasant with fun activities. The route was pretty standard with visiting famous attractions like Luon Cave, Titop Island, and Sung Sot Cave. Overall, there is a wide range of activities to suit different interests and ages.

Ambassador Cruise really shows its 5-star rating by providing high-class facilities and opulent accommodations. My Ambassador Premium Suite is well-designed with a warm color palette, creating a cozy space and a relaxing corner.
