Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

[su_spoiler title=”Children Policy” open=”no” style=”default” icon=”plus” anchor=”” anchor_in_url=”no” class=””]- The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 5 – under 12 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
- Check in on board: 12:00 – 12:30 PM
- Check out: 11:00 – 11:45 AM
- Return Hanoi: 3:30 PM
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge US$40 per pax on Christmas, New Year (24 and 31 Dec); US$25 per pax on Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025).

Morning
Shuttle bus picks you up in your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area (if book our transfer). After arriving Tuan Chau Harbor, the tender transfers you to Amanda Luxury. Check-in onboard. The cruise manager gives a safety briefing while you enjoy a welcome drink.
Afternoon
Enjoy lunch while the cruise crosses hundreds of limestone islands and islets. The first stop is at Tra Bau area – the famous filming location for Movie Kong Skull Island in 2018. Here you will kayak to explore the rocky islands and enjoy the tranquil landscape. Then, back onboard to freshen up and get ready for the Happy Hour (buy 2 get 1 free), cooking demonstration and sunset party on the sundeck.
Evening
A sumptuous dinner is served in the restaurant. After dinner, you can join night activities such as herbal foot bath (free), bamboo dance, ethnic fashion show “Heritage Footsteps”, fishing squid, watching movies, ordering spa & massage, or just relax in your room.

Start your day with Taichi exercises and enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and pastry. Visit Dark-Bright Cave by sampan boat or kayak. Then, back to the cruise to pack your luggage. Check out at reception before heading to the restaurant for a heart brunch. Enjoy the landscape on the way back to Tuan Chau Harbor. Disembark at around 11:30 am.

Enjoy lunch on the day boat. In the afternoon, you will access Tai Queo cave area for kayaking. After that, the day boat proceeds to Ba Trai Dao beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in Lan Ha Bay. Here you can sunbathe, swim in the crystal water, or kayak around. Return to Amanda Luxury Cruise. Continue with onboard activities, or you can book a massage to rejuvenate your body after an active day.
