Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

• The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
• Children from 5 – 11 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
• Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.

Morning

7:30 – 8:00: You will be transported to Halong after being picked up (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter.

When you arrive at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port around 11:30 – 12:00, you will be welcomed by the cruise team in the waiting room.

Upon boarding the lovely Amanda Cruise, you will be welcomed warmly by the cruise team with a welcome drink and safety briefing on the cruise. Savor your lunch at the cozy restaurant while heading toward the heart of Halong Bay to begin your journey.

Afternoon

You are free to kayak and enjoy Trinh Nu Beach‘s unspoiled beauty. Immerse yourself in the emerald water and take a deep breath in the Wonderful Dragon Land.

Kayak over millennia-old limestone structures and a five-minute trek through Trinh Nu cave are required to reach Trinh Nu beach. Here, you will partake in kayaking activities. After enjoying beach activities, we’ll move to the tender to travel to Trinh Nu Cave.

17:30 – 18:30: It’s time for Happy Hour – Buy 2 get 1 drink free and participate in the Vietnamese Cooking Class to learn how to make traditional food in Vietnam.

Evening

The Gala Dinner will be held on the sundeck (if the weather is favorable). After filling your stomach fully, let’s take part in various night activities on board: Massage/ Herbal wood foot bath (additional charge), Enjoy drinks and music at the Sky bar, or Night squid fishing.

Morning

Wake up early and begin your day on the sundeck with a Tai Chi class. Don’t miss to catch the breathtaking sunrise in the heart of Heritage of the World.

Light breakfast will be served on board to fill your stomach before beginning cave exploration.

Then discover Sung Sot Cave, one of the must-see attractions in Halong Bay. This is well-known as the largest and the most magnificent cave in this area, with unique rocks that you can’t find anywhere.

Back on board and take a rest before the check-out time at 09:30.

NOTE: Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. The cruise staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area.

Savor an early lunch buffet at the restaurant before arriving at Tuan Chau Marina to return to Hanoi around 11:00.

Afternoon

If using our transit, the driver will pick you up at Tuan Chau Port and transfer you by bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 14:00 – 15:00. This is also the end of your trip.

Morning

7:30 – 8:00: You will be picked up (book in the next step with an additional fee) from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to Halong Bay – The Natural Wonder of the World with untouchable beauty.

Do the check-in procedure at the waiting lounge upon arrival at Tuan Chau Port at around 11:30 – 12:00. Upon onboard, you will be welcomed warmly by the cruise team with a welcome drink and cold tower while listening to the safety briefing from the cruise manager.

Your lunch will be served on board while the cruise is heading toward Trinh Nu Cave.

Afternoon

Rest in your cabin and take a look at the scenery of Halong Bay with various unique islets before being transferred to Trinh Nu Area by tender.

Go kayaking and explore Trinh Nu cave by walking through for 5 mins. Besides the stunning cave, the Trinh Nu beach also has pristine sand, green ocean, and moderate, pleasant weather that will astound you.

After the afternoon visit, you will return to the board for Sunset Party and Cooking Class. Let’s enjoy the relaxing moment with a magical sunset while sipping cocktails. You can learn how to cook traditional Vietnamese food (Spring Rolls) with the head chef onboard.

Evening

Morning

A light breakfast will be served in the dining room to recharge your energy before beginning the day excursion. Today, we’ll move to the day boat for the day excursion and depart to explore Lan Ha Bay.

The first stop is Dark & Bright Cave, attractive to a thousand tourists per year because of its stunning beauty and the experience this cave brings back while kayaking. You can choose to kayak to explore on your way and let the locals take you through the mystery cave.

Lunch will be served for you on board.

Afternoon

The voyage continued with the move to Three Peaches Beach (Ba Trai Dao Beach) to immerse yourself in the tutorial water and signature white sand.

Visit the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum. You will learn how to raise and harvest the pearls and their business here for about forty minutes.

After a long day, time to say goodbye to the lovely dayboat and come back to the Amanda Cruise for an evening program.

Evening

Dinner will be served on board. Relax in your room or join evening activities on board. Let’s find your luck with squid fishing.

Wake up all your senses with Tai Chi Class and catch the wonderful sunrise moment in the Heritage of World. Enjoy your light breakfast at the warm restaurant before the last exploration of Halong Bay.

The beauty of Sung Sot Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay with unique rock formations is waiting for you to explore.

Back on board for the check-out process and relax with various activities: Rest in your cabin, enjoy an herbal foot bath, Sunbathe on the sundeck, or check in with the shop for lovely souvenirs.

9:00: Check out and return the room key at the reception desk. Enjoy the buffet brunch on board at the restaurant.

Note: Put your luggage outside your cabin, and the staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area.

Around 11:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Marina. Time to say goodbye to the cruise team and come back to the waiting lounge for the transfer.

Afternoon

For those using our transit service (book in the next step with an additional fee), our driver will bring you back to the hotel in Hanoi – at the end of the journey around 14:00 – 15:00.
