Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 8:30: The driver will pick you up from your hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer you to Halong Bay by shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee).
Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor at around 12:00 and be welcomed warmly by the Cruise team at Alisa’s Private marina with a welcome drink.
After onboarding, please listen to the cruise briefing and safety instructions before checking the cabin. Enjoy lunch with the essence of Vietnamese and world cuisine while the cruise passes many gorgeous scenes in Halong Bay.
Afternoon
The first stop in this voyage is Titop Island, one of the most magnificent attractions you can’t ignore while visiting Halong Bay. With the white sand and tutorial water’s calmness, you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty by swimming or just relaxing on the Vang Trang Beach (Moon Beach).
The second highlight is visiting Luon Cave. The only way to visit this stunning cave is by boat because of the special limited height and shape. You can choose to kayak or sit on a bamboo boat driven by locals to explore this cave in your way.
After a long day, we’ll rest on the boat. Let’s enjoy the sunset moment that falls over Wonderful Halong Bay. Don’t forget to take a picture at this moment.
At this time, you also can enjoy the Happy Hour – Buy 2 Get 1 at a luxury bar and participate in a Cooking Class to learn about traditional Vietnamese cuisine and how to make them.
Evening
Having a delicious dinner with dishes made from local products at the restaurant. After dinner, you are free to rest on board or watch a movie and participate in various games such as playing cards, chess, karaoke, and squid fishing.

Good morning with a wonderful sunrise moment on the Alisa Sundeck or you can improve your health with the free gym on the 3rd floor. A light breakfast will be served with tea, coffee, fresh milk, cakes, fruits, cereals, etc.
Today, we’ll visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay with sparkling limestone. You have to climb more than 100 steps to the top to get inside. This is also like a short adventure for you to admire the natural landscape in Halong Bay.
After the excursion, return to the cruise, pack your luggage, and process check-out at around 9:45.
Enjoy early lunch and settle the bill at the bar counter on the second floor while watching the famous attractions of Halong Bay, such as Stone Island and Ga Choi Islet, etc.
We’ll arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor around 11:00 – 11:30.
Afternoon
Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Harbour, a limousine will transfer you back to Hanoi around 14:30 – 15:00 if using our transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee).

08:00 – 08:30: A limousine (book in the next step with an additional fee) will pick up those who book transfer services from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and head up to Halong Bay – A Natural Wonder of the World with endless beauty.
On the way travel to the cruise port to meet Lovely Alisa Premier Cruise, we’ll stop at Pearl Farm House for 20 minutes – 30 minutes for a short break.
Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor around 12:30 and welcome onboard. Let’s enjoy a welcome drink and listen to the cruise briefing and safety instructions
Have lunch at a restaurant while contemplating a small fishing village. You will have a glimpse of fishing life in this peaceful village.

Wake up early in the morning to refresh with a Tai Chi session then enjoy a light breakfast before beginning a morning excursion. We will move to the day boat for a day excursion.
The first destination today is Dark & Bright Cave in Lan Ha Bay. While exploring this stunning cave, we will have a chance to kayak for an hour and a half to admire the cave’s beauty.
Lunch will be served on the board with a variety of fresh food, you can have lunch and see the gorgeous views over the window at the same time.
Afternoon
The afternoon program will continue with swimming in the crystal water and on the beautiful white sandy beach at Ba Trai Dao Beach.
After more than an hour of relaxing on the beach, we’ll depart to Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum to learn how to raise and harvest the pearls and get more knowledge about their business.
Time to say goodbye to the day boat and come back to the lovely Alisa Premium Cruise to relax and enjoy the sunset party with snacks and seasonal fruits.
Evening
A sumptuous dinner will be served under the magnificent Halong Bay by night. After savoring dinner, you should join some nightlife activities: squid fishing, playing cards, or relaxing in your room.
