Guests who book Limousine/ shuttle bus transfer service (extra charge) will be picked up at all hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter area.
9:00 – 11:30| BUS JOURNEY & SHORT BREAK
Start two and a haft hours road journey to Quang Ninh Province via express way. Quick stop over for stretching your legs on the way.
11:45 – 12:15| BOARDING THE CRUISE
Arrive to Ha Long Bay – Embark from Tuan Chau Marina onto Hercules cruise. A complimentary welcome drink will be served. The boat starts cruising.
12:30| LUNCH ON BOARD
Along the way, you will have a chance to pass through the grandeur of the legendary bay with thousands of limestone islands while having Buffet lunch with a diverse menu.
13:30| VISITING CAVE
Stop at Bo Hon Island. Our tour guide will take you to Sung Sot Cave/Surprising Cave, the largest and the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay (For travelers who can’t walk much, you can stay on a cruise, chilling out on the sundeck)
14:45| KAYAKING OR BAMBOO BOAT
The next stop is the Luon Cave area. Here, you can engage in one of two exciting activities: kayaking or taking a bamboo boat ride. Explore the captivating surroundings and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area.
15:45| SWIMMING OR HIKING
Visiting Titop island for swimming or hiking to the Titop peak for taking photos with panoramic view of the bay.
16:30| SUNSET PARTY
It is time for a rest after activities and capture the sunset on the bay. Complimentary Vietnamese tea, fresh juice, fruit, ang little cake will be served. Enjoy the return sail back.
17:45 – 18:00| Back to Tuan Chau Port. Get on bus back to Hanoi
20:30 – 21:00| HOTEL DROP
Our guide will drop you off at your hotel (around the Old Quarter area)

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
- Children aged 1 to 4: Free for 1 child with 2 adults (sitting on the same seat with parents, second child is charged 50% of the adult price. If the child is over 1.2m tall, parents must pay for the additional ticket cost)
- Children aged 5 to 8: 75% of the adult price
- Children aged 9 and above: 100% of the adult price
