Booking Policy

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

[su_spoiler title=”Children Policy” open=”no” style=”default” icon=”plus” anchor=”” anchor_in_url=”no” class=””]- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4 – under 12 will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
- Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.

Return Hanoi: 2:30 – 3:00 pm - Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $40/person for Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year’s Eve (31 December), Vietnamese Lunar Tet Holiday (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)

Morning:
Shuttle bus picks you up from your hotel (extra charge). Enjoy a scenic drive to Halong Bay with lush green paddy fields and romantic rivers. Embark on V’Spirit Cruise by noon for a short cruise briefing and check-in.
Afternoon:
Savour a delectable lunch as V’Spirit cruises amongst the limestone islands. In the afternoon, we will stop at Tra Bau Area – one of the most secluded areas in Lan Ha Bay. You will kayak to discover the stunning bay and see the unique limestone rocks existing for millions of years. Later return to main boat and enjoy swimming in the emerald water. Have a shower to relax then you can join us in our cooking class and Happy Hour or sunset party on sundeck.
Evening
Dinner is served in the restaurant. For the rest of the night, socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.

Start your day with morning Tai Chi exercises a photo hunt on the sundeck. Have a light breakfast with coffee and tea and cake then head toward Bright Cave. Visit the cave by sampan boat rowed by a local. Come back to the ship and check out of your cabin while the farewell party is ready at the dining room. Disembark at Tuan Chau at around 11:00.

Get up early to catch the sunrise over the Bay and take part in an exciting Tai Chi class on the sundeck. After breakfast, transfer to a day boat for a cruise to untouched parts of Lan Ha Bay. Explore Viet Hai village – a small village nestled in the jungles on Cat Ba Island. You can choose to cycle or take an electric car to visit the village. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon
Kayak to visit a fish farm near Viet Hai Pier. If weather permits, you will access Ba Trai Dao Beach – one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You can laze on the sandy beach or immerse in the crystal clear water around the beach. Return to V’Spirit Cruise and join the trip. Freshen up and continue with Happy Hour, Sunset Party or cooking demonstration onboard.
Evening
Enjoy dinner and free time for squid fishing, relaxing. Overnight onboard.
