07:00 – 07:30: Limousine bus will pick up guests from hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter and at the Hanoi Opera House to start the journey to Ha Long (if you have booked the shuttle service).

09:30: Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port. Guests will complete check-in procedures and board the Amethyst Cruise Halong.

10:00: Onboard staff will welcome guests with a welcome drink. The cruise will depart, and guests will enjoy viewing the most beautiful spots in Ha Long Bay, including Hon Cho Da, Hon Vit Da, and the famous Finger Island, a limestone island shaped like a giant thumb. The ship will move slowly to allow guests to take photos.

12:00: Enjoy a premium buffet lunch featuring fresh seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes.

13:00: Explore the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay – Sung Sot Cave. The journey to the cave involves climbing stairs under the forest canopy, offering a mountain climbing experience and stunning views of Ha Long Bay from above. Guests who choose not to visit the cave can stay on the ship, enjoying drinks and the bay view.

14:00: At Luon Cave area, guests can opt for kayaking or taking a local boat, or relax on the ship (guests not participating in kayaking can enjoy the jacuzzi on the boat). After the cave exploration and kayaking experience, the cruise will take you to Titov Island for beach time with its beautiful white sand.

15:00: At Titov Island, guests can swim, sunbathe, or climb to the island’s peak to view the entire Ha Long Bay.

16:00: Return to the ship for the Sunset Party. Relax on the sundeck with drinks, snacks, and fresh fruit while enjoying the serene sunset.

17:30 – 18:00: The cruise returns to Tuan Chau Port, concluding the 8-hour Ha Long Bay tour.

21:00: Return to Hanoi – end of the 1-day Ha Long tour on Amethyst Cruise Halong. Farewell and see you again!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
