The bay features thousands of islands with amazing shapes. You can journey around the bay to enjoy the stunning scenery and visit some beautiful caves.

08:15 – 08:45: Arcady Premium Cruise vehicle and guide pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter and Opera House area. Depart for Halong via the new Hanoi – Hai Phong – Halong expressway. (If you booked the cruise’s transfer service)

11:45 – 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Passenger Port. The guide will assist you with ticketing and boarding. The onboard staff will welcome you with smiles, refreshing drinks, and cold towels to help you relax and start your Halong exploration.

Arcady Cruise sets sail, and you enjoy a buffet lunch at the restaurant on the Arcady Premium Cruise with dishes made from fresh local seafood.

14:00: The cruise takes the group to visit the most beautiful cave system in Halong Bay – Surprise Cave, one of the most famous and beautiful caves in the bay.

After the visit to Surprise Cave, with beautiful photos taken inside, the Halong Arcady Luxury cruise will take you to another special sightseeing spot in Halong Bay – Luon Cave. Here, you can experience kayaking or take a traditional bamboo boat ride.

The Halong Arcady Premium Cruise continues to Titop Island – named by President Ho Chi Minh in 1962 after the Soviet cosmonaut. Here, you can swim in the clear waters of Titop Beach or hike up Titop Mountain for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.

16:30: After activities on Titop Island, return to the Halong Arcady Premium Cruise for an afternoon tea party while watching the sunset.

17:30 – 18:00: Return to Halong Port. Board the vehicle back to Hanoi.

20:30 – 21:00: Arrive in Hanoi, and the vehicle will take you back to the original pickup point. End of the Halong Bay 1-day exploration tour [Arcady Premium Cruise]. See you again!

Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
• From 11 to 30 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
• From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
• Less 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
