Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: 100% of total rate
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
8:00 – 08:30: Depart from Hanoi Old Quarter to Halong Bay by shuttle transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee). After 2.5 hours, you will arrive at Paradise Lounge on Tuan Chau Island.
An electric car will come to pick you up from Paradise Lounge to Paradise Peak around 12:15, and then you can enjoy a welcome drink then listen to a brief introduction about the cruise and itinerary.
You will have lunch on board on the way heading towards Ha Long Bay.
Afternoon
Let’s spend time admiring the natural heritage or enjoying the spa treatment at Le Parfum (additional charge). You can take a hike to the top of Ti Top Island and swim in the emerald waters after that.
Now, we will explore the captivating wonders of Luon Cave, nestled amid Halong Bay. Here, you can go on an adventure beneath the limestone mountain and marvel at the stunning rock formations and pristine, transparent waters, either by taking a bamboo boat or kayaking.
NOTE: If you aren’t interested in the excursion, there are many options for onboard activities: afternoon tea, pamper session, massage services, etc.
Back aboard, sip a pre-dinner cocktail and feast your eyes on the captivating Halong sunset, or learn easy-to-make Vietnamese dishes at the cooking demonstration.
Night
It’s time to enjoy a unique way of Paradise’s amazing dinner that allows you to admire all of the fusion food. Relax at your leisure for the rest of the night: movie watching, sundeck bar, squid fishing, spa & massage, etc.

In the early morning, you should awaken your mind and body with a Tai Chi session and then have tea/ coffee and cake for a light breakfast.
The first challenge today is heading to Sung Sot (Surprising Cave) to witness the magnificence of over a million-year-old stalactites and stalagmites. This is one of the most famous caves in Halong Bay.
Return to the ship and have brunch served with tasty Vietnamese and international dishes before checking out your cabin and settling your bill at 09:30 – 10:00.
Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina, and transfer to our Paradise lounge, where you can relax and wait for your transportation back to Hanoi. Guests who book the Paradise shuttle bus will be served a light lunch before returning to Hanoi.
Afternoon
After a 2.5-hour transfer (book in the next step with an additional fee), you will drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at about 15:00. End of the cruise tour.

08:00 – 08:30: You will be picked up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter to get to Halong Bay by luxury bus (book in the next step with an additional fee).
When you arrive on Tuan Chau Island, get your welcome at Paradise Lounge at around 11:30 then we embark on Paradise Peak to have a welcome drink, and get familiar with the cruise itinerary and safety guide.
Let’s have the best dishes of Halong for the first lunch on board.
Afternoon
Take a rest before the afternoon excursion, do sightseeing, or use spa treatment at Le Parfum (additional fee for spa).
It’s time to hike to the top of Ti Top Island and take a dip into the emerald waters. For those who don’t take an interest in the excursion, there are many options for onboard activities: afternoon tea, pamper session, massage services, etc.
After that, we will discover the enchanting beauty of Luon Cave, a natural marvel nestled at the heart of Halong Bay. Let’s explore beneath the limestone mountain and be awestruck by the breathtaking rock formations and crystal-clear waters while paddling in a bamboo boat or kayak.
Please return to the ship to catch the sight of the mesmerizing Halong sunset while sipping a pre-dinner cocktail at the Happy Hour (Buy 1 Get 1) or you can choose to join a cooking demonstration to learn easy-to-make Vietnamese dishes.
Night
It will be a special night for you because you will experience a unique way of Paradise Special Dinner to enjoy both Vietnamese and European cuisine.
After dinner, you can have fun with night activities on board: movie watching, sundeck bar, squid fishing, spa & massage, etc.

The morning is always a great time to refresh your mind and feel your body revitalize with a Tai Chi session on the sun deck before getting a buffet breakfast to boost your energy for a full-day excursion.
Today your voyage will start with a day boat called Paradise Explorer Cruise to Tien Ong Cave, where you can take a hike to the top for an impressive panoramic view.
Then we will pass by iconic sites of Ha Long Bay such as Ho Dong Tien Cave, Trong Cave, Trinh Nu Cave, Hang Dau Islet, and Hang Than Islet to admire the beauty of stalactites and stalagmites of the cave. Then, you have a Vietnamese set lunch and take a rest on the Explorer Cruise when it anchors at the lagoon Deu cave.
Afternoon
Let’s get an amazing remaining day by visiting Cua Van Floating Village, where you can discover Halong Bay’s rich culture on a bamboo boat rowed by the locals or a kayak on your own.
Then please back on board, and you can relax at your leisure. Or enjoying pre-dinner cocktails in the glow of sunset over the bay is also a good option you can get. You will be surprised by our talented bartenders’ skills.
Before dinner, you can join a cooking demonstration to get a glimpse of Vietnamese cuisine. You will have a chance to explore both culture and practical knowledge about Vietnam.

Paradise Peak always wants you to get your best experience then you can have the last dinner aboard at our comfortable restaurant.
In the nighttime, you can try squid fishing, watch movies, have a spa treatment, sip a drink at the bar, or join any night activities.
